Availability to Use Sample Clauses

The 'Availability to Use' clause defines when and under what conditions a party is permitted to access or utilize a product, service, or resource provided under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines specific timeframes, prerequisites, or operational requirements that must be met before use is allowed, such as completion of payment, delivery, or installation. Its core function is to set clear expectations and boundaries regarding access, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring both parties understand when usage rights commence.
