BACKGROUND AND SCOPE OF WORK. PRIME TIME FAMILY READING TIME® is a program created by the Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities. It is a reading, discussion and storytelling series based on illustrated children’s books (“PRIME TIME”). PRIME TIME is designed specifically for under-served families with children ages 6 to 10. Pre-reading activities are also available for preschool siblings. The program is intended to help low-income, low-literacy families bond around the act of reading and talking about books. It models and encourages family reading and discussion of humanities topics, and aids parents and children in selecting books and becoming active public library users. Library agrees to perform the services necessary to plan and implement a six-week series of “PRIME TIME Family Reading Time,” programs as set forth in their application entitled the “Grant Application.” A copy of the Grant Application is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A. Library shall perform the services in a professional manner and to the reasonable satisfaction of the GPLS.

BACKGROUND AND SCOPE OF WORK. The purpose of this Agreement is to provide every student in GCSS with public library card access provided by MOGL. To this end, the parties agree to undertake the following: 1. GCSS will provide MOGL with the following for every student enrolled in GCSS: student ID number, first and last name, birth date, school, grade, address, phone number, and parent email address. 2. MOGL will integrate GCSS Student ID numbers with MOGL/PINES Library accounts to allow every student enrolled in GCSS instant access to MOGL databases and material. Implementation will include training for students and staff on MOGL's educational resources.

BACKGROUND AND SCOPE OF WORK. The CONSULTANTS have considerable expertise in biomedical research, stem cells, cancer and neurological disorders which COMPANY would like to access for the purpose of developing new products. The services performed by CONSULTANTS for COMPANY pursuant to this Agreement shall be deemed to be within the general field of products related to the application of cannabinoids for treating human disorders and diseases (FIELD OF THE AGREEMENT). CONSULTANTS shall not consult for any other parties in the FIELD OF THE AGREEMENT during the TERM.

BACKGROUND AND SCOPE OF WORK. This agreement is for the operation and administration of the Gallup Detoxification Center. The center provides protective custody and social model detoxification services within the City of Gallup. Gallup Detoxification Center provides an environment to safely house inebriates and allow the effects of alcohol or other intoxicants to ▇▇▇▇▇ so they may regain their normal functionality. The center is operated under the authority of the McKinley County Jail Authority and in compliance with New Mexico Detoxification Reform Act. (§43-2 NMSA 1978). The Gallup Detoxification Center is located at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ in Gallup, NM. It is open 24 hours per day, seven days per week, and is open 365 days each year. The building was constructed in 1992 and is approximately 30,000 square feet. The facility is designed to house up to approximately 150 clients for a maximum of seventy-two (72) hours. Protective custody is comprised of two large holding areas with restroom facilities, along with two smaller holding areas and two isolation rooms. The facility has a separate secured area for women clients with approximately 10 hospital beds. The high-risk area is located next to the protective custody area and has six hospital beds for placement of clients requiring continuous observation for conditions requiring immediate medical attention. In addition there are two large areas previously used for a shelter program. There is also space for a kitchen and walk-in cooler, with a dining area/gymnasium. The cooler is not currently operative nor is there any kitchen equipment in place at this time. There are a number of offices and conference rooms in the administrative area of the facility. Clients are transported to the center primarily through the Gallup Police Department’s Community Service Aides and through other local law enforcement agencies. The treatment provider will provide detoxification services for up to seventy-two (72) hours past the estimated time of arrival of the client. Clients typically are discharged from the facility within twelve (12) hours of intake. Only persons referred to the Center by an authorized agency shall be eligible for intake. “Walk-in” or other unauthorized drop-offs shall not be admitted to the facility. The average number of client intakes is approximately 50 per day, with peak intakes around the 1st and 15th of the month of approximately 110 per day. BACKGROUND AND SCOPE OF WORK. This agreement is for the operation and administration of the Lexington. During January 2021, Heading Home stood up operations and the City of Gallup completed building renovations. The safe transition of current McKinley County Wellness Hotel occupants has started and will be ongoing. Heading Home is excited to expand 24-hour housing services to meet the needs of those individuals and families who were experiencing homelessness in Gallup. Heading Home is dedicated to making experiences of homelessness rare, short-lived and nonrecurring.
