BAR SERVICES Clause Samples
The BAR SERVICES clause defines the terms and conditions under which bar-related services are provided at an event or venue. It typically outlines responsibilities such as staffing, supply of beverages, licensing requirements, and service hours. For example, it may specify whether the host or the service provider is responsible for obtaining necessary permits and ensuring compliance with alcohol laws. The core function of this clause is to clearly allocate duties and legal responsibilities related to bar operations, thereby minimizing misunderstandings and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
