Bargaining Unit position Sample Clauses

The "Bargaining Unit position" clause defines which job roles or positions within an organization are included under the representation of a specific labor union or collective bargaining agreement. In practice, this clause outlines the criteria or job titles that fall within the bargaining unit, distinguishing them from management or other non-unionized roles. By clearly specifying which positions are covered, the clause ensures that both the employer and employees understand who is entitled to union representation and the benefits of collective bargaining, thereby preventing disputes over coverage and representation.
