Basic Services Compensation Clause Samples
Basic Services Compensation. Basic Services Compensation shall be the fee designated in Article 4 to be paid by the Owner to the Professional Consultant in connection with the performance of the Basic Services by the Professional Consultant.
Basic Services Compensation. In consideration for the Professional Services Contractor’s performance of Services pursuant to Release Orders issued under this BOA, Princeton University will compensate the Professional Services Contractor in accordance with the rates and other limits and guidelines set forth in this BOA. The Professional Services Contractor shall utilize the rates and other pricing information set forth below when preparing estimates/quotes for Services and when billing for Services performed pursuant to Release Orders issued under this BOA.
Basic Services Compensation. The Professional Services Contractor agrees to perform all of the services described in Articles VI and VII for the NTE Price of $TBD (TBD Dollars) which includes the Hourly Expenses NTE Amount and the Reimbursable Expenses NTE Amount. The NTE Price is the maximum compensation Professional Services Contractor will receive for Basic Services unless otherwise agreed in writing by Princeton University.
Basic Services Compensation. The Owner shall compensate the Professional Consultant in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the following:
4.1.1 For the Basic Services of the Professional Consultant, compensation shall be a Not to Exceed amount determined based on the required effort- hours and the Hourly Rate Schedule included as Exhibit B, such amount to be set forth in writing and made a part of this Agreement as set forth in Exhibit C Project Assignment. It is the intent of this Agreement that each Project Assignment for which services are to be performed shall be priced individually.
4.1.1.1 For each Project Assignment the Professional Consultant shall submit a proposal which shall include:
1. A complete scope of Work to be performed.
2. A complete description of each phase of Work.
3. A time schedule for the Work.
4. All costs to be incurred by the Owner for the professional services to be performed.
5. An estimate of the Project Construction Budget, where appropriate.
6. Proposed Staff.
Basic Services Compensation. The Owner shall compensate the Design Consultant in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the following:
4.1.1. For the Basic Services of the Design Consultant, Basic Services Compensation shall be in the amount of $57,120.00 .
4.1.2. In the event the Owner requests changes to the Project or elects not to complete the work or any portion thereof, which would decrease the most recently approved CCAP, basic compensation due the Design Consultant, as to such deletion or decrease, shall be adjusted downwards for remaining services to be performed but not for services already performed to the date of receipt by the Design Consultant of the written requested change or notice of the intent not to complete part or all of the work, in accordance with the basic payment schedule set forth in Paragraph 4.2 hereof.
Basic Services Compensation. The Owner shall compensate the Architect in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the following:
4.1.1 For the Basic Services of the Architect, Basic Services Compensation shall be in the amount of $XXXXXXXXX
4.1.2 The Basic Services Compensation stated in paragraph 4.1.1 includes all compensation and other payments due the Architect (manpower, overhead, profit, and all other direct expenses) in the performance of the Basic Services.
Basic Services Compensation. The Owner shall compensate the Professional Consultant in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the following:
4.1.1 For the Basic Services of the Professional Consultant as described in Exhibit A, compensation shall be a lump sum amount not-to-exceed amount of Two Hundred Twenty Thousand, One Hundred Fifty-Five Dollars ($220,155), which includes conventional reimbursable expenses defined as routine travel within Brevard County, photography of existing conditions, reproducing design documents for design review submittals, routine common postage and equipment use.
4.1.1.1 Should the Owner request additions to the Project which would cause a change or changes in the scope of the Work or previously approved designs, the Project Construction Budget shall be increased by the aggregate amount of such change(s) and the Professional Consultant's fee shall be increased as an Additional Service in relation to the effort required for the change(s).
4.1.1.2 In the event the Owner requests changes to the Project which would decrease the Project Construction Budget, basic compensation due the Professional Consultant shall be adjusted downwards for remaining services to be performed but not for services already performed to the date of receipt by the Professional Consultant of the written requested change.
4.1.2 The Basic Services Compensation stated in Article 4.
1.1 includes all compensation and other payments due the Professional Consultant (manpower, overhead, profit, direct costs, etc.) in the performance of the Basic Services.
Basic Services Compensation. The Owner shall compensate the Design Consultant in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the following:
4.1.1 For the Basic Services of the Design Consultant, Basic Services Compensation shall be in the amount of Dollars ($ ) being ( %) of the Construction Contract Award Price (CCAP).
4.1.1.1 For the purposes of Subparagraph 4.1.1, no amount is to be included within the scope of the CCAP for the cost of land, rights-of-way or other non-construction costs which are the responsibility of the Owner.
4.1.1.2 For the purposes of Subparagraph 4.1.1, no labor and materials furnished by the Owner for the Project shall be included with the scope of the CCAP.
4.1.1.3 For the purposes of Subparagraph 4.1.1, should the Owner request additions to the Project which would cause a change or changes in the scope of the Program of Requirements or previously approved designs or design criteria, the CCAP shall be increased by the aggregate amount of such change(s) and the revised and adjusted CCAP shall be the figure used in determining the Design Consultant's fee. The percentage shown in Paragraph 4.1 shall be applied to such increased CCAP.
4.1.1.4 In the event the Owner requests changes to the Project or elects not to complete the work or any portion thereof, which would decrease the most recently approved CCAP, basic compensation due the Design Consultant, as to such deletion or decrease, shall be adjusted downwards for remaining services to be performed but not for services already performed to the date of receipt by the Design Consultant of the written requested change or notice of the intent not to complete part or all of the work, in accordance with the basic payment schedule set forth in Paragraph 4.2 hereof.
4.1.2 The Basic Services Compensation stated in Paragraph 4.1.1 includes all compensation and other payments due the Design Consultant (manpower, overhead, profit, direct costs, travel, copies, postage, telephone and facsimile service, etc.) in the performance of the Basic Services.
Basic Services Compensation. The Owner’s Representative shall be compensated for Basic Services in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule of Values attached hereto as Exhibit C.
Basic Services Compensation. “Basic Services Compensation” means the fee designated in Article 4 to be paid by the Owner to the Construction Manager for Basic Services set forth in Attachment A by the Construction Manager.
