Change of Shift Allowance Sample Clauses
The Change of Shift Allowance clause establishes additional compensation for employees who are required to change their regular work shifts. Typically, this clause applies when an employee's scheduled shift is altered by the employer, such as moving from a day shift to a night shift or vice versa, and the employee receives a specified allowance or bonus for the inconvenience. Its core practical function is to compensate employees for the disruption and potential inconvenience caused by unexpected or irregular changes to their work schedules, thereby promoting fairness and employee satisfaction.
