CLASSIFICATIONS AND PAY RATES Sample Clauses

The "Classifications and Pay Rates" clause defines how employees are categorized based on their roles, skills, or experience, and establishes the corresponding wage or salary rates for each category. In practice, this clause outlines the different job classifications within an organization, such as entry-level, skilled, or supervisory positions, and specifies the pay rates or pay scales that apply to each.
