Classifications of Employees. For the purpose of this Agreement the various trades are defined as follows:
Classifications of Employees. Notwithstanding the provisions in D 1 below, an employee may bid on more than one concurrent job posting at a time. If he is the senior qualified bidder, as defined in Article 3, on more than one position, he shall have the right to choose which to accept, without penalty. Except for Special Postings, Eemployees shall be restricted from bidding for one (1) year after the commencement of their probationary period.

There shall be four (4) general classifications of Employees: I Permanent (see Article 4.5) II Student (see Article 4.6) III Project Worker (see Article 4.7) IV Designated Assistant (see Article 4.8) b. There shall be two (2) sub-classification of Employees: I Replacement (see Article 4.9)
Classifications of Employees. For the purpose of layoff, there shall be four classifications of employees: (1) paraeducators, (2) secretaries, (3) full-time district substitutes and (4) Speech/Language Assistants/▇▇▇▇. If a layoff is necessary, the least senior employee in the classification(s) affected shall be laid-off, except, that paraeducators hired after June 30, 2001 shall be considered for layoff based on the multiple factors of training, experience, prior performance evaluations and seniority.
Classifications of Employees. The following designations are defined to indicate the qualification and expertise appropriate to each class of employee specified in the wage scales in Clause 27 hereof:
Classifications of Employees. 11.01 All Employees covered by this Collective Agreement are Full Time Employees, Part Time Employees, Temporary Employees, Relief Employees, or Probationary Employees.
Classifications of Employees. 6.1.1 Assistant in Nursing is an employee appointed to that classification which covers work under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse by an employee who is required to assist in the performance of nursing duties. 6.1.2 Enrolled Nurse is an employee appointed to that classification which covers work by an employee: 6.1.2(a) whose training or education is deemed satisfactory for the purposes of enrolment on a register or roll as a nurse other than as a Registered Nurse (as defined); and
Classifications of Employees. A. The following words and terms, wherever used in this Agreement, have the meaning indicated below:
Classifications of Employees. Service Journeymen must be skilled craftsmen in their trade, with a minimum of five (5) years actual, practical working experience. They may be required to pass the UA STAR exam for Service Journeyman as to their skills. They shall be allowed to perform all the work covered under this Agreement. Service Apprentices shall be governed by Greater Michigan Servicemen (M.E.S.) must have practical working experience in the residential and light commercial mechanical equipment field. They shall be required to pass the UA STAR exam for Servicemen as to their skills. Their scope of work shall include all work necessary to keep existing residential and unitary systems operating in an efficient manner. The service of individual refrigeration, air-conditioning, heating, ventilation, or other environmental units of 15 tons (total unit capacity) or less may be performed by a MES. The service of plumbing systems on single residential units or buildings up to 10,000 square feet may be performed by a MES.
