Application and Operation of Award Sample Clauses

The 'Application and Operation of Award' clause defines how an arbitral or judicial award is to be implemented and enforced between the parties. It typically outlines the procedures for recognizing the award, the timeframe for compliance, and any conditions or limitations on its execution. For example, it may specify that the award is binding and must be carried out within a certain period, or detail how interest or costs are to be handled. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the outcome of a dispute resolution process is effectively applied, providing certainty and enforceability for the parties involved.
