Communication Links. FDMS periodically will install, provide or cause to be installed or provided the means for communicating data from its facilities or equipment to the facilities or equipment of Customer, and third parties designated by Customer, as FDMS reasonably determines is desirable to perform this Agreement. The method of transmission and the media employed will be determined jointly by FDMS and Customer taking into consideration relevant factors such as traffic type, inbound and outbound message sizes, traffic loading distribution, and the equipment or devices which are or may be used.

Communication Links. (a) FDMS periodically shall install or provide the means for communicating data from its facilities or equipment to Customer’s or Customer’s designated third parties’ facilities or equipment, subject to FDMS’s acceptance and qualification of each such third party and such third party’s execution of and compliance with a third party service provider agreement in a form acceptable to FDMS. Any interface between any such third party and the FDMS System will be developed and established at its or Customer’s sole cost and expense. The method of transmission and the media employed will be determined by FDMS taking into consideration relevant factors such as traffic type, inbound and outbound message sizes, traffic loading distribution, and the equipment or devices that are or may be used. (b) If Customer desires to interface with the FDMS System to directly transmit to or receive cardholder data from FDMS for any purpose other than reviewing reports or processing chargebacks, Customer acknowledges that it first must comply with FDMS’s then-current requirements for third party processors, including execution of FDMS’s third party processor agreement.
Communication Links. As requested by RCSI, First Data shall install, provide or cause to be installed or provided the means for communicating data from its facilities or equipment to the facilities or equipment of: (a) RCSI designated by RCSI; (b) third-parties designated by RCSI, including a communication link that will allow RCSI to access Designated Account data on-line. First Data shall, during the Term, maintain such means for communicating in good working order. First Data shall provide RCSI with an on-line terminal facility (not the terminals themselves), on-line access to the First Data System, adequate computer time and other services relating to accessing the First Data System as directed by RCSI. This will operate at speeds no less than 56KB/sec. WORLDSPAN will pay for all traffic generated and the cost of installation to the point-of-presence. This line will be used for final beta testing. This will be maintained for the Term of the Agreement. By February 15, 1995, WORLDSPAN will provide two more leased lines X.25 connection to a point of presence identified above to WORLDSPAN production facilities. These will operate at speeds no less than 56KB/sec. WORLDSPAN will pay for all traffic generated and the cost of installation to the point-of-presence. This line will be used for production uses. This will be maintained for the Term of the Agreement. For each communications facility described above, WORLDSPAN will provide the same level availability as provided to its highest volume travel agencies using similar facilities. Communication Links. JSC MEPSO and the user of the electricity transmission network provide the communication links for reading, according to the existing systems of both Parties, without limitation towards the other Party. Upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy of publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents. Upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer. Advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose, unless such Communication Service specifically allows such messages. Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters. Download any file posted by another user of a Communication Service that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner. Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded. Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Communication Services. Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines that may be applicable for any particular Communication Service. Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent. Violate any applicable laws or regulations. The NKD Group, Inc., has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services.
