Complete Agreement Past Practices Sample Clauses

The Complete Agreement/Past Practices clause establishes that the written contract represents the full and final agreement between the parties, superseding all prior negotiations, understandings, or informal practices. In practice, this means that any previous verbal agreements, side deals, or customary ways of doing things that are not explicitly included in the contract are not legally binding. This clause ensures that only the terms written in the contract govern the relationship, thereby preventing disputes over alleged prior agreements or unwritten practices.
