Conditions and Standards. The conditions and standards referred to above are as follows: (a) Such assignee or transferee possesses the experience, reputation and financial resources to cause the Project Site to be developed and maintained in the manner contemplated by the City's General Plan and this Agreement; (b) Such assignee or transferee enters into a written assumption agreement, in form and content satisfactory to the City Attorney, expressly assuming and agreeing to be bound by the provisions of this Agreement; (c) Such assignment or transfer will not impair the ability of City to achieve the objectives of its general Plan and this Agreement;
