Conduct Standards. 8.1 We seek to work with organizations and individuals who perform at the highest levels and who share our commitment to ethical conduct and practices. You represent and agree that: 8.1.1 You aspire to provide a tolerant and civil workplace that encourages equal employment opportunities for underrepresented groups to the fullest extent allowable under applicable law and is free of discrimination, harassment, and misconduct; 8.1.2 You have in place, and enforce in accordance with their terms, policies, procedures, and practices that help ensure a tolerant and civil workplace, including, but not limited to: staff training regarding workplace misconduct; mechanisms for complaints to be made to an impartial person; fair processes for investigation and adjudication; and prohibitions of retaliation against persons making good faith complaints. If we ask, you will provide us with copies of such policies and procedures as then in effect; 8.1.3 You will provide responsible stewardship of the grant funds, ensuring that they are used for the purposes, and in the ways set forth, in this Agreement; 8.1.4 You have in place and maintain a system of internal accounting controls and systems sufficient to: (a) provide reasonable assurance regarding the reliability of financial reporting and the preparation and fair presentation of financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and (b) satisfy your financial responsibilities under this Agreement; 8.1.5 If any of the grant funds are to be used for research or other academic activities, you shall conduct that research and activities in full compliance with the fundamental ethics of scholarship and knowledge creation and transmission, including the principles of honesty, respect for truth and knowledge, fairness, and responsibility (collectively, “Academic Integrity”); and 8.1.6 You have in place and enforce in accordance with their terms, policies, procedures, and practices that help ensure Academic Integrity. If we ask, you will provide us with copies of such policies and procedures as then in effect. 8.2 If we learn of allegations of workplace misconduct, financial mismanagement or impropriety, or alleged violations of Academic Integrity, or otherwise believe you have done anything that is inconsistent with Sections 8.1.2 through 8.1.6, you will cooperate with our reasonable inquiries aimed at understanding the relevant policies, procedures, and practices you have in place and how they were ...
Conduct Standards. The Purchaser must not do, and must ensure that its Personnel do not do, upon or about the Land: (1) anything annoying, noxious, or offensive to persons upon or in the vicinity of the Land; or
Conduct Standards. ALL ▇▇▇▇▇▇ students must maintain outstanding conduct. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ students MUST MAINTAIN an “S” or “O” in Conduct in all Core classes each grading period. Any student receiving a discipline referral in two consecutive grading periods will be placed on DISCIPLINARY PROBATION and IF a discipline referral is received in the next grading period, the student will have his/her transfer to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ revoked for the following year. Any student receiving an S- or below in Conduct for two consecutive grading periods will be placed on DISCIPLINARY PROBATION and IF improvement is NOT made in the following grading period, the student will have his/her transfer to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ revoked for the following year. Any student receiving a U in conduct in four or more classes per grading period, for two consecutive grading periods will be placed on DISCIPLINARY PROBATION. IF improvement is NOT made the following grading period, the student will have his/her transfer to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ revoked for the following year; which could potentially impact the ability to participate in club sports.
Conduct Standards. On the written request of the City Project Manager, the Vendor will immediately cease the use of any individual for the performance of the Services which the City Project Manager has reason to believe is unsuitable for the performance of the Services including but not limited to, (a) the loss of or failure by that individual to obtain any Security Clearance (as defined below), (b) intoxication, (c) use of foul, profane, vulgar or obscene language or gestures, (d) solicitation of gratuities or tips from any person for services performed under the Contract Documents, (e) wilful, negligent or reckless action in disregard of safety or sanitary requirements or regulations, or (f) any action which may constitute a public nuisance or disorderly conduct.
Conduct Standards. 7.1. Pentanet supports an enjoyable and safe gaming environment for all our users. We encourage respect, cooperation, and healthy competitive play for the gaming community. When using online communication, it is important to behave in a way that does not cause harm or offense to others. 7.2. Transmitting content or communicating in a way which we reasonably believe to be offensive to other users, including content or language that may be considered unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, or racially or ethically objectionable, or is otherwise objectionable is unacceptable. Any user found to be violating these communication expectations may have Service restrictions applied. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate Service termination. 7.3. User account names or profile images are also subject to the standards detailed above. Account names or images chosen by users which are deemed unacceptable by Pentanet may result in the name or image being changed, requested to be changed, and/or Account restrictions being applied.3

Conduct Standards. Non-revenue passengers including, without limitation, Eligible Employees and their Permitted Pass Riders, traveling on any Delta Flight must at all times conduct themselves in accordance with acceptable standards of business etiquette. Gate agents handling any Delta Flight is authorized to deny boarding to any non-revenue passenger whose behavior is deemed inappropriate. At all times, Eligible Employees and Permitted Pass Riders are subject to and shall abide by Delta’s Nonrevenue Travel Conduct Policy (a copy of which is available on Delta’s TravelNet), which may be modified from time to time by Delta in its sole discretion.

Conduct Standards. No consumption of alcoholic beverages by BTORA volunteers shall be permitted by BTORA anywhere within the Facilities or elsewhere on BWP property. BTORA volunteers shall at all times comply with City’s current workplace smoking policy. BTORA shall inform its volunteers of these conduct standards in a manner satisfactory to the BWP’s Designated Representative.
