CONTENTS OF PROPOSALS. The proposals shall contain documents filled out in strict conformance with the detailed instructions set forth as follows:
CONTENTS OF PROPOSALS. Proposals are limited to 20 pages double-sided (or 40 pages single-sided), not including a single-page cover letter, tab separators, resumes, or any forms required by Loudoun Water. All pages of the proposal shall be numbered consecutively. The pages are restricted to 8 ½” x 11” sheets with limited use of 11” x 17” fold-out sheets. 11” x 17” fold- out sheets should only be used where information cannot adequately be shown on 8 ½”' X 11” sheets of paper. Proposals must have a reasonable font size and be visually easy to read. The proposal shall contain a Table of Contents. If other information is provided, Loudoun Water will not consider it.
CONTENTS OF PROPOSALS. Each INTEGRATOR that wishes to submit a proposal in response to this RFP must submit four (4) copies of its written proposal. The proposals must contain information sufficient to assist the OWNER in its evaluation of the INTEGRATOR's abilities according to the criteria listed below and such information as the INTEGRATOR may feel is relevant to fully demonstrate its capabilities. Succinct proposals meeting the requirements of this document are preferred. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals submitted.
CONTENTS OF PROPOSALS. The proposer must include five originals of the following: - A cover letter, signed by an individual authorized to bind the firm, partnership, joint venture, etc. - A commitment of staff to perform on the project as described in the proposal - Signed certifications regarding tax payments, non-collusion and an additional statement that no conflict of interest exists - Statement of company insurances coverage including property and casualty, liability, and workers compensation insurance. (Note: Prior to beginning work, the contractor must supply the town with insurance certificates naming the Town of Becket as a co-insured for all insurance except Workers Compensation.) - The proposer shall provide resumes for the proposed supervising assessor/principal assessor and associate assessors(s). - The proposer should provide as a part of his or her technical proposal three (3) references from communities for which he/she currently serves as an assessor. - In a separately sealed envelope, the cost proposal should include the total dollar amount to perform this work with costs broken down by major task or activity using the Scope of Services section of this RFP. Amount must also be stated as an annual fiscal year cost and total contract cost using the price proposal sheet attached.
CONTENTS OF PROPOSALS a. Unless the specifications expressly provide otherwise, where a brand or trade name appears in the specifications, it is understood that the brand or trade name referred to, or its approved equal, shall be furnished. If, however, the bidder proposes similar but not identical items, he must furnish full particulars to the County for review and to assure equality of items. If no mention is made of any exceptions, it is assumed that he is bidding on the article mentioned and not an approved equal and he will be required to deliver the exact article specified. b. Offeror shall submit with the proposal descriptive literature of the commodities, equipment, materials, supplies or services which he proposes to furnish, if such articles are other than the exact item specified. c. Samples of items, if requested, shall be furnished by the offeror without charge. Upon request, the samples will be returned at the offeror's expense; otherwise, samples may be destroyed or consumed. d. Time of proposed delivery should be stated in number of calendar days. General terms such as "stock," "immediately," and "as soon as possible," may be cause for rejection. Unless otherwise specified, quote earliest delivery date as it may be considered a factor in making award. e. The proposal, and any other documents required, shall be enclosed in a sealed opaque envelope. f. Unless the Request for Proposal concerns professional services, the proposal shall state the offeror’s price, and the County will consider price in ranking the proposals.

  • Evaluation of Proposals All proposals received shall be reviewed to determine whether they meet the format requirements and the standards specified in the request for sealed proposals. The district shall evaluate the qualifications of the proposers based solely upon the criteria and evaluation methodology set forth in the request for sealed proposals, and shall assign a best value score to each proposal. Once the evaluation is complete, all responsive proposals shall be ranked from the highest best value to the lowest best value to the district.

  • Effect of non-approval of proposals Notwithstanding that under subclause (1) any proposals of the Company are approved by the Minister or determined by arbitration award, unless each and every such proposal and matter is so approved or determined by 31 October 1992 or by such extended date or period if any as the Company shall be granted pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement then the Minister may give to the Company 12 months notice of intention to determine this Agreement and unless before the expiration of the said 12 months period all the detailed proposals and matters are so approved or determined this Agreement shall cease and determine subject however to the provisions of Clause 35.
