Continuation of Payment. An employee shall have the option of continuing his coverage in Articles 25.01 and 25.02 on the cost sharing between the Employer and Employee as provided for in these plans for a period of two (2) months.
Continuation of Payment. The Company shall continue to pay the Executive’s full compensation in effect when the Notice of Termination giving rise to the dispute described in subsection (b) above was given (including, but not limited to, the Executive’s then Base Salary) and continue the Executive as a participant in all employee benefit plans and arrangements of the Company in which the Executive was participating when the notice of dispute was given, until the dispute is finally resolved in accordance with this Agreement. Amounts paid under this Section 5(c) shall not be offset against, or reduce, any other amounts due to the Executive pursuant to this Agreement.

With effect from the seventh week, the company shall pay for a period of 3 months a per diem sickness indemnity that will cover the difference between the gross sick pay provided by the statutory health insurance company and the regular net payment. 9.2 If a third party is liable for damages in respect of incapacity pursuant to subsection 1, Executive hereby assigns his claims against such third party to the Company up to the amount of the continued remuneration payments; the Company hereby accepts such assignment.
