Continuing Training. Provide, at the option of Franchisor, mandatory training program/meetings. Franchisee agrees to attend (or to cause its designated employees to attend) one mandatory training/program meeting per year, but failure to attend because of illness or other physical incapacity shall not be a default hereunder. All mandatory training/program meetings will be held at a location within the continental United States designated by Franchisor. Franchisor will not charge Franchisee a fee for mandatory meetings, but all travel, living, and personal expenses incurred by Franchisee in connection with meeting attendance will be the sole obligation of Franchisee.
Continuing Training. 13.1 The Director is entitled to participate in continuing training in Denmark or abroad to update and further develop the Director's professional and personal competences. 13.2 Once a year, a management development interview will be held between the Director and the CEO. The management development interview is to ensure targeted and systematic development of the Director's professional and personal competences. At the management development interview, the Director and the CEO are to prepare and follow up on a written individual development plan with development goals and development activities for the Director. Both parties are obligated to follow up on the development goals and development activities agreed in the plan. Competence development and continuing training must as far as possible cater for the Company's competence needs and the Director's own development requests. Both parties are obligated to ensure that development plans are implemented so as to secure the framework and conditions for competence development.
Continuing Training. IMPAC shall provide to Siemens instructors and materials for product and service training for all releases provided pursuant to this Agreement that IMPAC in its sole discretion designates as significant functional improvements. Continuing Training. (a) Company may periodically offer continuing training programs at one or more locations that it shall designate and require attendance by Franchisee, a Primary Owner of a Franchisee that is a Business Entity, a Certified Manager or a particular employee category, such as General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Kitchen Manager or so forth; provided, however, Company shall not require that more than 2 persons designated by Company complete more than 3 days of continuing training during any 12 Calendar Month period. Franchisee shall be solely responsible for covering the personal expenses of its employees attending continuing and additional training programs, including transportation, lodging, food, salary and other personal charges. (b) In connection with any Event of Transfer, the proposed franchisee or its Primary Owner must complete Company's then-current Initial Training Program to Company's satisfaction, qualify at least one management-level employee as a Certified Manager, and pay Company's then-current per person training fee as stated in the Confidential Manual. The transferee shall be solely responsible for all personal expenses that the transferee and its employees incur in connection with such training, including transportation, lodging, food, salary and other personal charges. Franchisee shall remain responsible for operation and management of the Franchised Business until the transferee qualifies at least one person as a Certified Manager.
Continuing Training. Franchisor may conduct in the USA or at another designated location, additional conferences and training programs relating to various aspects of the development and operation of Restaurants. Additional training programs may be provided through recorded media, teleconferences, video conferences, the internet, webinar or any other medium Franchisor determines. Franchisor will have the right to require Master Franchisee’s Operating Principal and such other of Master Franchisee’s Owners and other key personnel, attend such conferences or training programs. Franchisor reserves the right to charge Master Franchisee a fee for continued training, and Master Franchisee will be responsible for all costs related to attendance and participation by its representatives in attending such conferences and training programs.
Continuing Training. The Franchisee or its Principal Operator shall attend any on-going mandatory national, regional or local training programs or meetings as may be offered by the Franchisor. The Franchisor shall give the Franchisee at least 30 days prior written notice of any on-going programs or meetings which are deemed mandatory. Any such mandatory training programs shall be offered without fee or tuition; however, the Franchisee shall be responsible for traveling and living expenses associated with its attendance. Certain Equipment Vendors may also require that the Franchisee attend training sessions as a condition of giving their authorization to the Franchisee to sell such Equipment Vendor's products and equipment. The Franchisee shall comply with all training standards of the vendors it chooses to utilize in connection with the particular products and equipment sold through the COMMWORLD Business.

Franchisee shall be solely responsible for covering the· personal expenses of its employees attending continuing and additional training programs, including transportation, lodging, food, salary and other personal charges. 2. Continuing Training. The Representative and such other employees as LSF may designate will, from time to time as reasonably required by LSF, personally attend and complete LSF-provided refresher courses in LA SALSA operations and food preparation and any training sessions held for the purpose of introducing new products or procedures.
Continuing Training. 11.1 The CEO is entitled to appropriate continuing training paid by the Company. The CEO must plan his/her own continuing training and notify the chairperson of the Board accordingly.
