CONTRACT PERIOD AND ELIGIBILITY a. You must be a full-time LSU student or participant in an LSU approved program to live in an LSU residence hall for both fall and spring semesters. Dropping to part-time status after a semester starts, however, shall not terminate this contract. If space is available, Residential Life at its sole discretion may permit a part-time LSU student to live in a residence hall.
CONTRACT PERIOD AND ELIGIBILITY a. The Resident must be enrolled and registered for classes at the University of Mississippi or participate in a University of Mississippi approved program for the period covered by the housing contract. Dropping to part-time status after a summer session starts will not terminate this contract. If space is available, Student Housing, at its sole discretion, may permit a part-time University of Mississippi student to live in Student Housing. b. The Resident must be at least 16 years of age to reside in University of Mississippi Student Housing facilities. c. The term of this contract includes all summer sessions for which the Resident has a completed housing application and paid application fee including May Intersession, Summer First Term, Summer Second Term, and August Intersession. d. Moving out of the assigned space within Student Housing before the end of the contract is a violation of this contract, and the Resident will pay charges and penalties as outlined in this contract.
CONTRACT PERIOD AND ELIGIBILITY a. The Resident must be enrolled and registered for classes at the University of Holy Cross for the period(s) covered by the housing contract. Dropping below full-time status will not terminate this contract. If space is available, the University, at its sole discretion, may allow below full-time University students to sign a housing contract. b. The Resident must be at least 17 years of age to reside in the University of Holy Cross’ Residence Hall. c. Moving out of the assigned space within the Residence Hall before the end of the contract is a violation of this contract. The Resident agrees to pay all charges and penalties associated with early termination of this contract. d. Housing Contracts are not considered “valid” or “accepted” until the submission of a housing application and the payment of a $200, non-refundable, application fee has been submitted. i. Returning Residents who have not missed more than one major semester (Fall & Spring) of residency do not have to submit the $200 application fee.

You must be an LSUE student enrolled in at least nine (9) credit hours or a participant in an LSUE approved program and shall live in an LSUE residence hall for both fall and spring semesters. Dropping below nine (9) credit hours after a semester starts shall not terminate the Student’s responsibility to fulfill the terms of this contract. If space is available, the Office of University Housing (hereafter “Housing”) at its sole discretion may permit a student enrolled in less than nine (9) credit hours to live in a residence hall. b. The term of this contract is the 2024-25 academic year. The residence halls will close for the break between the fall and spring semesters when classes are not in session. LSUE does not guarantee temporary or interim housing during breaks between semesters for students in residence halls closed during these periods. c. Moving out of the residence halls before the end of spring semester is a violation of this contract, and you shall pay charges and penalties as outlined in section 6 below.

The contract becomes effective and enforceable immediately upon the date the Resident electronically signs this contract via the Student Housing online portal. ii. Campus Walk apartments—The term of this contract is for 12 months or, if the contract is for accommodations after the beginning of the fall semester, for that part of the 12 months remaining upon the effective date of the housing contract. The contract becomes effective and enforceable immediately upon the date the Resident electronically signs this contract via the Student Housing online portal. d. Breaks during/between semesters—the term of this contract does not provide for housing during Thanksgiving break, winter break, or spring break except for residents of Campus Walk apartments, Northgate apartments, Luckyday Residential College, Residential College South, RH2, and RH3. Students residing in all other halls will be required to vacate during these designated break periods. A break housing option may be made available at an additional cost to students who need accommodations during break periods. Housing will be offered to those students who are enrolled in Winter Intersession provided they have accommodations covered by the term of this contract. e. Moving out of the assigned space within Student Housing before the end of the contract is a violation of this contract, and the Resident will pay charges and penalties as outlined in this contract.

  • Contract Period and Renewal The Contract is effective on the signature date of the latter of the Parties to sign this agreement and terminates on June 30, 2023, unless renewed, extended, or terminated pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Contract. The Parties may extend this Contract subject to mutually agreeable terms and conditions.

  • Vacation Eligibility Subject to the provisions of Sections 3., 4., 8., and 9. hereof, vacations with pay shall be granted during the vacation year to each employee, except upon dismissal for misconduct, who shall have completed a period of six (6)-months’ employment since date of engagement or reengagement, whichever is later, and who has performed work for the Company within the vacation year, as follows: a.   • Effective Period and Termination The Servicer’s appointment as custodian shall become effective as of the Cutoff Date and shall continue in full force and effect until terminated pursuant to this Section 2.9. If the Servicer shall resign as Servicer under Section 7.6, or if all of the rights and obligations of the Servicer shall have been terminated under Section 8.1, the appointment of the Servicer as custodian hereunder may be terminated (i) by the Trust, with the consent of the Indenture Trustee, (ii) by the Holders of Notes evidencing not less than 25% of the Note Balance of the Controlling Class or, if the Notes have been paid in full, by the Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than 25% of the aggregate Certificate Percentage Interest or (iii) by the Owner Trustee, with the consent of the Holders of Notes evidencing not less than 25% of the Note Balance of the Controlling Class, in each case by notice then given in writing to the Depositor and the Servicer (with a copy to the Indenture Trustee and the Owner Trustee if given by the Noteholders or the Certificateholders). As soon as practicable after any termination of such appointment, the Servicer shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, the Receivable Files and the related accounts and records maintained by the Servicer to the Indenture Trustee, the Indenture Trustee’s agent or the Indenture Trustee’s designee, as the case may be, at such place as the Indenture Trustee may reasonably designate or, if the Notes have been paid in full, at such place as the Owner Trustee may reasonably designate.

  • Funding Period and Termination 17.1. The Commissioner does not commit to renew or continue financial support to the Recipient after the Funding Period.

  • Contract Period Not Affected If the State suspends a work authorization, the contract period as determined in Article 2 of the contract (Contract Period) is not affected and the contract and the work authorization will terminate on the date specified unless the contract or work authorization is amended to authorize additional time.
