Vendor Code Address ID: (e.g., “AD001”) The Department must enter the MMARS Vendor Code Address Id identifying the payment remittance address for Contract payments, which MUST be set up for EFT payments PRIOR to the first payment under the Contract in accordance with the ▇▇▇▇ Paying and Vendor File and W-9 policies.
