CONTRACTUAL DUTIES. (1) The practical training establishment in question undertakes 1. to offer the student training and professional guidance from to (= weeks) for the duration of the above-mentioned practical semester or basic practical training in pursuance of the attached training schedule and the additional regulations set forth in § 1; 2. to review and sign the report to be drawn up by the student; 3. to issue a certificate furnishing information about specific requirements regarding the objective of training and the successful completion of the practical training period as well as possible times of absence from work. 4. to name an authorized training supervisor. (2) The student undertakes to conduct himself in keeping with the envisaged training purpose, chiefly by 1. availing himself of the training opportunities offered him, and in doing so observing the regular daily work hours of the practical training establishment concerned; 2. performing with due care the tasks assigned to him within the framework of the training schedule, 3. complying with orders and instructions given to him by persons entrusted with the supervision of his practical training, 4. observing all regulations valid at the practical training establishment, above all work and safety regulations as well as instructions relating to professional discretion, 5. drawing up a report within a period prescribed and in accordance with the pertinent directives as issued by the college, 6. immediately notifying the practical training establishment of any absence from work.

CONTRACTUAL DUTIES. 14 Unit member’s duties shall include those duties specifically described in their job 15 descriptions and assume other related duties normally associated with their positions. 16 //

CONTRACTUAL DUTIES. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to prohibit the Company from fulfilling its contractual responsibilities to SORTA which include, but are not limited to the assignment, dis- patching and management of trips, passengers and serv- ices for Metro Access.

CONTRACTUAL DUTIES. 1) The Training Company undertakes: a) to offer the placement Student training and professional guidance and supervision according to the training schedule and the other regulations as mentioned in Section 1 from to ( = weeks) from to ( = weeks) from to ( = weeks) whereby the student will be employed in the following departments or work areas: b) to enable the Student to participate in the complimentary lectures and exams, c) to review and sign the placement report written by the student, and to issue a testimonial providing information about Student’s achievement of training objectives as well as the training period and absences from work, if any, and do so in a timely manner, d) to appoint a training supervisor. 2) The Student undertakes: a) to make good use of the training opportunities offered and to observe the regular working hours valid at the Training Company b) to perform with due care all tasks assigned as long as these are in accordance with the training schedule c) to observe the orders and instructions by Training Company’s supervisors of his work placement d) to comply with all regulations valid at the Training Company, above all, work and safety regulations as well as non-disclosure regulations and industrial espionage policies e) to write a report within the prescribed period and in accordance with the University’s directives which shall provide information about the training’s contents and devolution f) to notify the Training Company immediately of any absence from work.

CONTRACTUAL DUTIES. (1) The practical training company is obliged 1. to give the student professional training and supervision from to (= weeks) for the duration of the practical training semester of the course of study, in accordance with the attached training program and the additional Regulations set forth in § 1; the student will work at/rotate through the following company departments/areas of work1: 2. to make provision for enabling the student to attend classes accompanying the practical training semester and to participate in examinations, 3. to review and sign the report to be drawn up by the student, 4. to issue a certificate in time informing about a successful completion of the practical training (according to the respective requirements for meeting the educational goal of the training) and about the duration of the practical training as well as about possible times of absence from work and 5. to appoint a training supervisor for the student. (2) The student is obliged 1. to avail himself/herself of the offered training opportunities during the regular daily working hours of the practical training company, 2. to carry out any assigned tasks in line with the training program with due diligence, 3. to comply with instructions of the training company or by any persons entrusted with giving such instructions, 4. to observe all valid regulations of the training company, especially work and safety regulations, as well as regulations concerning matters of confidentiality (professional discretion),
