CONVENTION DELEGATES Clause Samples

The "Convention Delegates" clause defines the rules and procedures for appointing and managing delegates who represent parties at a convention or similar gathering. Typically, this clause outlines eligibility criteria for delegates, the process for their selection or election, and their rights and responsibilities during the event. For example, it may specify how many delegates each party can send, how votes are cast, or how replacements are handled if a delegate cannot attend. The core function of this clause is to ensure fair and organized representation of parties at the convention, preventing disputes and confusion over delegate participation.
