National Level Clause Samples
The "National Level" clause defines the scope or applicability of certain terms, obligations, or standards as being relevant across an entire country, rather than being limited to regional or local jurisdictions. In practice, this means that the requirements or provisions set out in the agreement must be implemented or observed uniformly throughout the nation, regardless of state or provincial differences. This clause ensures consistency and avoids discrepancies that could arise from varying local regulations, thereby providing clarity and uniformity in the application of the agreement at the national scale.
National Level with the Corporate Manager, Labour Relations, or his or her delegate at head office; the meeting is held at the head office of the Corporation for all grievances submitted under clause 9.17.
National Level. Proposals appropriate for negotiations at the national level concern conditions of employment affecting unit employees which fall within the scope of bargaining and which deal with matters not specifically addressed during the negotiations which led to this Agreement.

The parties have equal interest in maintaining a strategic relationship to support good service delivery and policy development in the areas of care and protection, and the delivery of health services to children and young people who come to the attention of Child, Youth and Family and the Police.
National Level. MoPHS
(a) The Recipient shall ensure that the MoPHS, and specifically the department responsible for disease prevention and control is maintained at all times during the implementation of the Project with mandate, staffing and resources satisfactory to the Association for the purpose of ensuring the prompt and efficient Project implementation, financial management, procurement, monitoring, reporting, and evaluation and communication in respect of the Project, and efficient overall coordination, of Project activities at the national level.
(b) Without limitation on the provisions of Section I.A.1(a) of this Schedule, the Recipient shall at all times during the implementation of the Project, maintain the Project Coordination Committee with a composition, mandate and resources satisfactory to the Association, and with the responsibility for providing technical direction and oversight and review of the Annual Work Plans.
(c) Without limitation on the provisions of Section I.A.I(a) of this Schedule, the Recipient shall ensure that the MoMS, and specifically the department responsible for diagnostic and forensic services is maintained at all times during the implementation of the Project with mandate, staffing and resources satisfactory to the Association to support MoPHS in the prompt and efficient implementation of Part A.1 of the Project.
(d) Without limitation to the provisions of Section A.1(a) of this Schedule, the Recipient shall at all times during the implementation of the Project, maintain: (i) a project coordination team under the leadership of the head of the department responsible for disease prevention and control with the responsibility for day to day coordination of the Project activities, procurement, financial management, monitoring and evaluation, preparation of consolidated quarterly annual technical and financial reports, reviewing the proposed annual work plans and recommending them to the Project Coordination Committee for review; and
National Level. 1. Frequency — Quarterly; however, by mutual agree- ment additional meetings may be held.
2. Attendees — The national representatives of the Union and Employer’s designated representatives.
3. Agenda Items — Items of national concern such as Human Rights, Mech. and Tech., Subcontracting, Safety and Health, Jurisdiction, and other labor-man- agement subjects.
4. Such meetings may be held via teleconference or any other available electronic communication.

In the event that the parties fail to arrive at an acceptable solution during the course of the Local Level procedure, the grievance shall be referred to the National Level by giving written notice to that effect to the Senior Corporate Talent Relations Officer or to the General Secretary of as the case may be, within seven calendar days of the Local Meeting. The programme implementation shall be supported by key implementing partners including: Agricultural Seed Agency (ASA), Tanzania Agricultural Research Institute (TARI), Tanzania Official Seed Certification Institute (TOSCI), Tanzania Fisheries Corporation (TAFICO), Zanzibar Fisheries Company (ZAFICO), and Aquaculture Development Centres (ADCs).
