Project Implementation Plan. The Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the PIP, provided, however, that in case of any conflict between the PIP and the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall not amend, abrogate or waive any provision of the PIP, if such amendment, abrogation or waiver may, in the opinion of the Association, materially or adversely affect the implementation of its Respective Part of the Project.
Project Implementation Plan. The Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the arrangements and procedures set out in the Project Implementation Plan (provided, however, that in case of any conflict between the arrangements and procedures set out in the Project Implementation Plan and the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail) and, except as the Association shall otherwise agree, shall not amend, abrogate or waive any provision of the Project Implementation plan, if such amendment, abrogation or waiver may, in the opinion of the Association, materially or adversely affect the implementation of the Project.

Project Implementation Plan. The Recipient shall update the implementation plan for the Original Project and adopt said updated plan, in form and substance satisfactory to the Association, so as to contain detailed arrangements and procedures for: (i) institutional coordination and day-to-day execution of the Project; (ii) budgeting, disbursement and financial management; (iii) procurement; (iv) environmental and social safeguard guidelines; (v) monitoring, evaluation, reporting and communication including, in respect of environmental and social safeguard matters; and (vi) such other administrative, financial, technical and organizational arrangements and procedures as shall be required for the Project (“Project Implementation Plan”).
2. The Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out, in accordance with the arrangements and procedures set out in the Project Implementation Plan (provided, however, that in case of any conflict between the arrangements and procedures set out in the Project Implementation Plan and the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail) and, except as the Association shall otherwise agree, shall not amend, abrogate or waive any provision of the updated Project Implementation Plan.

The Recipient shall carry out the Project (or cause it to be carried out) in accordance with the arrangements, procedures and guidelines set out in the Project Implementation Plan (provided, however, that in case of any conflict between the arrangements and procedures set out in the Project Implementation Plan and the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail).
Project Implementation Plan. Grantee shall use the HHSC-authorized template provided by TVC to submit to HHSC’s Contract Manager its written Program Implementation Plan, which includes, at a minimum, the following elements for each SFY:
Project Implementation Plan. Recommend to the Owner and establish a Project Implementation Plan (PIP) to include all appropriate components for the implementation of each of the Projects. Program Manager shall prepare the PIP in cooperation and consultation with the Owner with the objective of optimizing opportunities for Owner to reduce Project costs and shorten Project delivery schedules, to the extent reasonably and commercially possible. Program Manager shall recommend Owner approval and adoption of a final PIP within 120 days from the date of issuance of Owner’s Written Notice to Proceed. Once the final PIP has been approved by Owner, such date of approval shall serve as the Owner’s notice to the Program Manager to proceed to execute the PIP, as approved by Owner for the initial phase. The PIP is to specifically focus on the following:
(1) Review the Program for each Project and each Existing Facility for efficiencies and improvements and provide a Program summary for each Project. This will include comprehensive understanding of the existing users and location of user groups, program review for overall Service Center Facilities Program, scheduling of consultants and Design team for each Phase, sequencing of construction, and site location assessment.
(2) Analyze the Owner’s Program for each Program Phase and each facility and review the conditions of the site and develop a Program Budget and Program Master Schedule, to be presented to the Board and approved by the Owner.
Project Implementation Plan. 1. The Recipient shall cause TANROADS, TAA and MoID to prepare and adopt the Project Implementation Plan (PIP), in form and substance satisfactory to the Association.
2. The Recipient shall cause TANROADS, TAA and MoID to carry out, or cause the Project to be carried out, in accordance with the arrangements and procedures set out in the PIP (provided, however, that in case of any conflict between the arrangements and procedures set out in the PIP and the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail) and, except as the Association shall otherwise agree, shall not amend, abrogate or waive any provision of the PIP, if such amendment, abrogation or waiver shall, in the opinion of the Association, materially or adversely affect the implementation of the Project.

The Project Implementing Entity shall adopt a Project Implementation Plan, in form and substance satisfactory to the Association, containing detailed arrangements and procedures for: (i) institutional coordination and day-to-day execution of its Respective Part of the Project; (ii) disbursement and financial management; (iii) procurement; (iv) environmental and social safeguards management; (v) monitoring, evaluation, reporting and communication; and (vi) such other administrative, financial, technical and organizational arrangements and procedures as shall be required for its Respective Part of the Project.
2. The Project Implementing Entity shall implement its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the guidelines, procedures, and other specifications set forth in the Project Implementation Plan and shall not amend or waive any provision of the aforementioned plan without prior approval in writing by the Recipient and the Association.
