The Design Manager or engineer-of-record must professionally 8 endorse (sign and seal) the Record Drawings. The Professional Services Quality Manager must 9 certify the Record Drawings comply with the QMP.

Procedures and Guidelines. The Custodian will serve as the Foreign Custody Manager in the countries listed in Schedule F hereto for the Funds listed on Schedule A to this Agreement pursuant to the terms and provisions of the Agreement and Part I of these procedures and guidelines. Procedures and Guidelines. Fodmap may make Policies and give directions to an Applicant and/or Licensee not inconsistent with the Rules on all matters relevant to the Trade Mark including but not limited to: use of the Trade Mark; promotion of the Approved Products; administration of the process for obtaining or extending the term of a License; Licenses or Licensees; any matters that may bring Fodmap into disrepute or affect the reputation of the Trade Mark. LICENSE TERM AND EXTENSIONS The License commences on the Commencement Date and is granted for twelve (12) months. The parties may agree at any time in writing to extend the term of the License in which event the provisions of the License shall continue in full force and effect provided that the Approved Product is categorised, assessed and Tested according to the process for a Proposed Product in clauses 7.4 to 7.13 of the Rules within the period specified in Fodmap’s Policy on License term and re-certification and in any event within thirty-six months of the previous categorisation, assessment and Testing. LICENSE FEES In consideration of the grant of the License, the Licensee must pay the License Fee to Fodmap within 14 days of receiving notice of the License fee from Fodmap. License Fees must be calculated in accordance with the Fee Policy. So that Fodmap may verify the License Fee, the Applicant or Licensee must: provide to Fodmap on an annual basis or following Fodmap's request, a certified statement as to past, projected and/or actual sales of the Proposed Product and/or Approved Product including gross revenue for each Proposed Product or Approved Product in the manner and form required by Fodmap from time to time; provide to Fodmap on a quarterly basis, a report as to actual sales including gross revenue for each Approved Product; and following Fodmap's request, permit an independent third party audit of sales by an auditor, selected by ▇▇▇▇▇▇. Procedures and Guidelines. The CCO will evaluate the actual or potential conflict, and will determine what course of action, if any, BSDR must take, which may include disclosure to the Board. If the CCO determines that disclosure to the Board or other governing body is appropriate, the Covered Person must, upon request, provide all facts to the CCO, the Board or members of any committee of the Board, as applicable, considering the possible conflict of interest. Procedures and Guidelines. All projects will require a Category III Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP), compliant with EPA QA/R-5 guidance and must be approved by the AQRP Project Manager and AQRP QAPP Manager prior to the initiation of research project work (e.g. field work, model update improvement). If the AQRP QAPP Manager determines that the project requires a higher QAPP category (i.e Category I or II) then the higher requirements will apply and the revised QAPP must be approved by the AQRP Project Manager and AQRP QAPP Manager. The QAPP will serve to document the objectives (minimum specifications) for product quality and the processes (including, but not limited to: monitoring capability and data acquisition, processing, validation, reporting and interpretation) that will be used for achievement of those objectives. These QA/QC requirements have been developed to be consistent with the applicable elements of ANSI/ ASQ E4-2004: Specifications and Guidelines for Quality Systems for Environmental Data Collection and Technology Programs and the TCEQ Quality Management Plan. If PERFORMING PARTY is aware of any additional requirements which will be applicable to the work being performed, PERFORMING PARTY shall include them in its documentation. If PERFORMING PARTY becomes aware of any additional applicable requirements after TCEQ has approved the project, PERFORMING PARTY shall notify TCEQ and submit a revised documentation.
