Coordination of the Work Clause Samples
The Coordination of the Work clause establishes the responsibility for organizing and managing the various tasks and activities involved in a project to ensure they are completed efficiently and without conflict. Typically, this clause designates a party—often the contractor or project manager—to oversee scheduling, sequencing, and communication among different trades or subcontractors. By clearly assigning coordination duties, the clause helps prevent delays, overlaps, and misunderstandings, ultimately ensuring that the project progresses smoothly and that all parties are aware of their roles and timelines.
