Covered Positions Clause Samples

Covered Positions. The Nurses covered by this Agreement are all Registered Nurses performing nursing services. Not included are Administrative, Executive, and Supervisory personnel having independent judgment and authority to hire, transfer, suspend, layoff, discharge, assign, adjust grievances or responsibly direct other employees, or to effectively recommend such action, or to determine personnel policies. The term “Nurse,” when used in this Agreement, shall refer to a Registered Nurse employed by the Hospital who is covered by this Agreement.
Covered Positions. “Covered Positions” means all current and former hourly paid and non-exempt employees of Defendant employed at any time from October 28, 2016 through the signing of this Agreement.
Covered Positions. Those positions receiving planning time during the 2002-2003 school year shall continue to do so. Guidance counselors will not be provided with planning time per this article.
Covered Positions. The individual(s) possessing the skills to perform the services covered under this Agreement may be modified during the term of this Agreement to reflect newly assigned or terminated positions by agreement of the parties (the “Covered Positions”).
Covered Positions. All sworn full-time police officers and sergeants shall be free to exercise their free choice as to whether to join or not to join the Union.

Covered Positions. This plan applies toschool administrators” as that term is defined by Act 93, including principals, assistant principals and other supervisory personnel responsible for the management, direction, supervision and evaluation of other employees. A list of current administrative positions covered by the plan is attached as Appendix A.

  • Excluded Positions When a College temporarily assigns an employee to the duties and responsibilities of a position excluded from the provisions of this Collective Agreement, the employee's obligations to contribute to the regular monthly Union dues under Article 5.4 and his/her seniority shall continue during the period of such temporary assignment up to a maximum period of twelve

  • New Positions The Board, in consultation with the Association, shall prepare a new job description whenever a new position of special responsibility is created or whenever the duties of any such position are changed or increased. When such a position is created or changed, the allowance shall be subject to negotiations between the Board and the Association.

  • Permanent Positions All part-time and full-time positions shall be permanent unless identified as being fixed term in accordance with clause 2.2.5.

  • Vacant Positions An employee on the reinstatement roster may bid on a vacant position in a different classification in the same manner as any other regular employee pursuant to this agreement.

  • New Position An approved position not reflected in the current year budget complement.
