Customizations Clause Samples
The Customizations clause allows parties to modify or tailor certain terms of the agreement to better fit their specific needs or circumstances. This clause typically outlines which sections of the contract can be adjusted, the process for making such changes, and any limitations or approvals required for those modifications. By providing a structured way to adapt the contract, the Customizations clause ensures flexibility while maintaining clarity and mutual agreement on any alterations, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes over contract terms.
