DATA ANALYSIS AND REPORTING Clause Samples

The Data Analysis and Reporting clause outlines the obligations and procedures for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data related to the agreement's subject matter. Typically, it specifies the types of data to be gathered, the methods of analysis, and the format and frequency of reports to be delivered to relevant parties. This clause ensures that all stakeholders have access to accurate and timely information, supporting transparency and informed decision-making throughout the course of the agreement.
DATA ANALYSIS AND REPORTING. Statistical analysis of the results will be carried out using standard statistical analysis of variance procedures.
DATA ANALYSIS AND REPORTING. As laboratory data are received, ERG will promptly review all laboratory reports and electronic data deliverables (▇▇▇▇) to confirm that the required data have been provided and to identify any potential data quality issues. For each data delivery, ERG will prepare a concise one- to two-page result summary highlighting the number of samples analyzed, the PFAS analytes detected, and findings from field quality control (QC)
DATA ANALYSIS AND REPORTING. Upon completion of sampling and data analysis, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will submit a letter report to the USACE summarizing the field effort and including a collation of project data and analytical results. This report will include a summary of the field work completed, along with tabulated data results for sample analyses performed and graphical representations of those results. The purpose of this report is to document the field effort and supply the data results. This data report is intended to support preparation of an engineering evaluation/cost analysis (EE/CA) for the decision making process regarding potential remedial action decisions at the site. In addition to the letter report, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will submit a quality control summary report (QCSR), summarizing the results of the project’s quality control program. Reports will be submitted to the USACE as draft. Following receipt of the USACE's comments, the reports will be revised and submitted as final.
DATA ANALYSIS AND REPORTING. 2.5.1 The noise level contributed by train pass-by, LAeq 30mins (event) would be calculated by subtracting the ambient noise level LAeq 30mins (ambient) from the overall noise level LAeq 30 mins (overall) (average of six measured LAeq 5mins).
DATA ANALYSIS AND REPORTING. Pursuant to Section 3.4 above, the terms and conditions of each Party’s Cooperative Agreement and in accordance with the Consortium’s approved PROTOCOL(s) each Party will be responsible for the scientific reporting of its research results obtained from the RESEARCH USE at its research site.

DATA ANALYSIS AND REPORTING. Data from previous TMDL monitoring efforts will be obtained from the District in electronic form. These data will include both storm flow measurements and loading estimates as well as fish tissue mercury levels. For each sampled storm event, Tetra Tech will tabulate the following parameters: • Peak instantaneous flow at the USGS Highway 101 gage • Peak instantaneous flow at each of the District’s monitoring points along the creeks, • Reservoir status, pre-storm, • Cumulative rainfall during storm event, • Year-to-date rainfall, pre-storm, • Suspended solid load, and • Total mercury load. Compilation of these data will allow development of a predictive tool to estimate when high flow conditions are likely to occur and estimate mercury loads from those storms. The key relationship will be that between peak flow and total mercury load.
DATA ANALYSIS AND REPORTING. The information obtained from the data review and site reconnaissance will be compiled and evaluated, and presented in a written report. The report will address the presence of hazardous waste contamination sources on or in the immediate site vicinity that could pose a potential hazard to the proposed project alignments. The report will include technical data gathered during the course of the study and the preliminary findings and recommendations for further investigation, if applicable, in areas where the presence of contaminated soil or groundwater conditions may exist. Geotechnical subconsultant will prepare one (1) Draft Report for review and comment by the City and the Design Professional. The subconsultant will revised the draft report and prepare one (1) Final Report incorporating responses to review comments received.
DATA ANALYSIS AND REPORTING. This section to be developed further based on stakeholder input. Data collection and methods of analyses will be compliant with established SWAMP protocols. Sample results will be compared to water quality objectives specified in the Dissolved Metals TMDL.
