Defence Force Service Leave.
7.10.1 A team member, other than a casual, shall be allowed leave of up to a maximum of 2 weeks per calendar year and, in addition, up to two weekends per calender year, to attend Defence Forces Reserve approved training camps.
7.10.2 During such leave, team members who are required to attend full-time training shall be paid an amount equal to the difference between the payment received in respect of their attendance at camp and the amount of ordinary time earnings they would have received for working ordinary time during that period.
7.10.3 To receive payment, a team member shall provide Target proof of attendance and proof of Defence Forces Reserve rates of pay and total payment received for the time spent in training.
7.10.4 Team members seeking to take Defence Force Services Leave must provide notice to Target at least one month prior to the period of training. The notice should detail the start and finish dates for training.
Defence Force Service Leave. 6.8.1 A full-time or part-time team member shall be allowed leave of up to 2 weeks maximum per calendar year and in addition weekends as required to attend Defence Forces Reserve approved training camps.
6.8.2 During such leave full-time or part-time team members who are required to attend full- time training shall be paid an amount equal to the difference between the payment received in respect of their attendance at the camp and the amount of ordinary time earnings they would have received for working ordinary time during that period.
6.8.3 To receive payment, a team member shall provide to the Company proof of attendance and proof of Defence Forces Reserve rate of pay and total payment received for the time spent in training.
6.8.4 Team members seeking to take Defence Reserve Forces Leave must provide notice to the Company at least one month prior to the period of training. The notice should detail the start and finish dates for training.
6.8.5 Ordinary time earnings for the purposes of this clause includes District Allowances as provided in Clause 4.1.3, but does not include other allowances, penalty payments and overtime payments as provided for in this Agreement.

23.4.2 During such leave, team members who are required to attend full- time training shall be paid an amount equal to the difference between the payment received in respect of their attendance at camp and the amount of ordinary time earnings they would have received for working ordinary time during that period.
23.4.3 To receive payment, a team member shall provide Kmart proof of attendance and proof of Defence Forces Reserve rate of pay and total payment received for the time spent in training.
23.4.4 Team members seeking to take defence force services leave must provide notice to Kmart at least one month prior to the period of training. The notice should detail the start and finish dates for training.
Defence Force Service Leave. 5.12.1. A weekly team member will be allowed leave of up to a maximum of 6 weeks per calendar year to attend Defence Forces Reserve approved training camps.
5.12.2. During this leave, weekly team members who are required to attend full time training will be paid an amount equal to the difference between the payment received for attendance at camp and the ordinary wage rate plus shift allowance and loadings they would have received for working ordinary time during that period.
5.12.3. To receive payment, a team member will provide the Company proof of attendance and proof of the Defence Forces Reserve rate of pay and total payment received for the time spent training.
5.12.4. Team members seeking to take Defence Force Service leave must provide notice to the Company at least 1 month prior to the period of training. The notice should detail the start and finish dates for training.
Defence Force Service Leave. (1) A full time or part time employee shall be allowed leave of up to 2 weeks maximum per calendar year and in addition weekends as required to attend Defence Force Reserve approved training camps.
(2) During such leave full time or part time employees who are required to attend full time training shall be paid an amount equal to the difference between the wages received in respect of their attendance at the camp and the amount of ordinary time earnings they would have received for working ordinary time during that period provided that the total number of weeks, company wide, with respect to which such payment shall be made in any year shall not exceed thirteen.
(3) To receive payment, an employee shall provide to the Company proof of attendance and proof of the Defence Force Reserve rate of pay and the total wages received for the time spent in training.
(4) Employees seeking to take Defence Force Reserve Leave must provide notice to the Company at least one month prior to the period of training. The notice should detail the start and finish dates for training.
(5) Ordinary time earnings for the purposes of this clause does not include allowances, penalty payments and overtime payments as provided for in this Agreement.

e) Ordinary time earnings for the purposes of this clause does not include any allowances, penalty payments and overtime payments as provided for in this Agreement.
Defence Force Service Leave. At the discretion of the Company, a full time employee will be allowed leave of absence of up to 14 days per annum to attend defence force service duties.

43.1.2 During such leave full-time or part-time employees who are required to attend full-time training shall be paid an amount equal to the difference between the wages received in respect of their attendance at the camp and the amount of ordinary time earnings they would have received for working ordinary time during that period.

43.1.4 Employees seeking to take Defence Force Service Leave must provide notice to the company at least one month prior to the period of training. The notice should detail the start and finish dates for training.
43.1.5 Ordinary time earnings for the purpose of this Clause includes Location Allowances as provided in Clause 23 but does not include other allowances, penalty payments and overtime payments as provided for in this Agreement.
Defence Force Service Leave. (a) A Team Member who is a Defence Force Reservist is entitled to be absent from work to undertake all types of Defence Service.
(b) A Team Member shall be allowed paid leave to attend Defence Forces Reserve approved training camps. For other types of Defence Service permanent and causal Team Members are entitled to unpaid Defence Service Leave.
(c) During such leave, permanent Team Members who are required to attend full-time training shall be paid an amount equal to the difference between the payment received in respect of their attendance at camp and the amount of ordinary time earnings they would have received for working ordinary time during that period.
(d) To receive payment, a permanent Team Member shall provide proof of attendance and proof of Defence Forces Reserve rate of pay and total payment received for the time spent in training.
(e) All Team Members seeking to take Defence Force Services Leave must provide notice at least one
(1) month prior to the period of training. The notice should detail the start and finish dates for training.
Defence Force Service Leave. 40.1 A Team Member will be allowed Defence Force Service Leave to attend Defence Forces Reserve approved training camps. Casuals are entitled to unpaid Defence Force Service Leave.
40.2 During such Defence Force Leave, a Team Member who is required to attend full time defence force training will be paid an amount equal to the difference between the payment received from the Defence Force in respect of their attendance at the full time defence training (e.g. camp) and the amount of ordinary time hourly rate of pay they would have received for working ordinary time during that period.
40.3 The ordinary hourly rate of pay for a Team Member can be determined by dividing the appropriate weekly rate of pay contained in Appendix 1 of this Agreement by 38.
40.4 To receive payment, a Team Member will provide the Company proof of attendance and proof of Defence Forces Reserve rate of pay and total payment received for the time spent in training.
40.5 A Team Member seeking to take Defence Force Services Leave must provide notice to the Company at least 1 month prior to the period of training. The notice should detail the start and finish dates for training.
