Deliverable Documents. The Contractor shall, during the period of performance of service under this Contract, deliver all documentation and reports specified in Appendix 1, in the format and quantities specified therein. These shall be sent to the Agency’s Technical Officer mentioned in Article 5.1, unless otherwise specified, in accordance with the following specific provisions: 2.3.1 The Contractor shall produce a report every [….] month(s) on the results of the application of the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) specified in the SLA and shall deliver it to the Agency’s Technical Officer within [….] working days after the period taken in consideration.
