Delivery and pick up Clause Samples

The 'Delivery and pick up' clause defines the responsibilities and procedures for transporting goods or equipment between the parties. It typically specifies who is responsible for delivering items to a designated location, the timing of delivery or pick up, and any conditions or requirements for the transfer, such as inspection upon receipt or packaging standards. This clause ensures both parties understand their logistical obligations, reducing the risk of disputes over timing, condition, or responsibility for the items being transferred.
