DETAILED SCOPE OF SERVICES. The detailed scope of services to be performed by the Service Provider includes those services required and issued to the Service Provider by the District’s Project Manager. All work shall comply with current City, County and Municipal codes and shall be inspected or caused to be inspected by the District’s Project Manager as appropriate.

DETAILED SCOPE OF SERVICES. Provide Inspector of Record DSA certified inspection services in accordance with DSA requirements and Contract requirements of the Tennis Court project. Consulting and Inspection Services, LLC (CIS) based on fee rate as defined in the CIS proposal dated February 6, 2023. The Southwestern College Tennis Courts project consists of a new 1 story sports facility building and new tennis courts (10). Provide Inspector of Record DSA certified inspection service for construction of new buildings, hardscape and landscape improvements for access to all new courts and buildings, monument sign and 8 light poles. Based on the estimated 7.5 month (April 13, 2023 – November 28, 2023) construction schedule, our proposed budget for the subject project is prepared below. Our Project Inspector will conduct continuous full-time inspection for the entire scheduled duration of the project, meeting all code requirements for DSA Project Inspection and providing overall project quality assurance.
DETAILED SCOPE OF SERVICES. Under this Contract the A-E firm shall provide professional landfill services, advice and consultation in a timely manner including, but not limited to the Detailed Scope of Services outlined in this section and which include, but are not limited to:
A. Solid Waste Management Planning
1. Waste system studies—practices, flows, asset assessment
2. Waste diversion plans and programs
3. Waste characterization studies
4. Single-stream and multi-stream analysis
5. Collection, transfer, and disposal procurement assistance
6. Volume-based pricing
7. Solid waste management plan preparation
8. Technology evaluation
9. Air emissions, greenhouse gas, and climate change evaluations
10. Waste-to-energy and conversion technology evaluations 11. Utility rate development 12. Financial analysis
DETAILED SCOPE OF SERVICES. The Consultant will create a customized website 5.
1.1 for each ECOE procurement, which will serve as a centralized site for all parties' to access data and be notified of any updates. In addition to posting questions and answers from bidder's conferences, the Consultant will also post: rules for the use of the procurement platform, historical usage data/demand data in downloadable excel files, rules, contract terms and conditions, and other important data. This customized web site will be accessible to both ECOE and qualified suppliers.

c) Performing cost estimate validation of cost details and quantified takeoffs.
d) Preparing detailed independent estimates for projects or scopes of work, including change orders, through quantity take off and pricing exercises or other accepted methodologies.
e) Preparing estimates using BIM related quantity takeoff software.
f) Providing evaluation and support to contract negotiation and finalization of pricing for change orders and other similar contract modifications.
g) Analyzing and assisting in establishing fees and costs for professional services, including planning, design, construction management, commissioning, materials testing and geotechnical scopes of work.
h) Supporting the resolution and negotiation of requests for equitable adjustment and claims for additional compensation on various types of contracts, including professional services and construction contracts.
i) Providing cost comparison, market intelligence and or benchmarking services on a project specific basis.
j) Supporting Board with establishing earned value management cost information on specific projects or programs.
k) Conducting and providing value engineering workshops or studies.
l) Provide Value Engineering feedback to Project Management and Design teams based on cost estimating and building practices.
m) Providing market intelligence in the form of forecasts, trends and market influences inside and outside of Board’s project and program portfolio.
n) Performing life cycle or whole life cost analysis and cost of ownership analysis.
o) Providing other cost management related services including but not limited to baseline cost and burn curves, real-time ETC and EAC tracking, forecasting and proactive analysis.
p) Assisting DCC with the continuous development, operations, and maintenance of I&D’s Digital Tower.
q) Digitizing performance metrics through the project lifecycle.
r) Establishing automated real-time multilevel dashboards using metadata from multiple sources.
s) Establishing threshold indicators for Program, Project, and Executive Level alerts.
