Developer Support Sample Clauses
The Developer Support clause outlines the obligations of the developer to provide assistance and troubleshooting services for the software or product delivered. Typically, this clause specifies the types of support available, such as technical help, bug fixes, or updates, and may define response times, support hours, and communication channels. Its core practical function is to ensure that the client receives ongoing help to address issues or questions, thereby maintaining the usability and reliability of the product after delivery.
Developer Support. The parties shall provide third party developer support and participate in developer programs as set forth in Exhibit H (Developer Programs). In order to enable PalmSource to support Licensee’s registered developers in their development activities on the PalmSource OS platform, Licensee will cooperate with PalmSource in order to register such developers with PalmSource as well. Licensee will offer PalmSource sponsorship opportunities at Licensee developer conferences at terms to be negotiated by the parties, provided that such sponsorship opportunities will be no less favorable than the sponsorship opportunities offered by Licensee to any other licensor or technology partner of Licensee.
Developer Support. Subject to Developer personnel (who actually submit support requests) demonstrating their basic proficiency in software development, Autodesk or a third party authorized by Autodesk, will provide Developer Support via email, internet or telephone in accordance with the support level specified in the ADN Membership Application. The scope of Developer Support shall not extend beyond issues related to the ADN Materials. Developer acknowledges and agrees:
9.2.1 Developer Support shall be deemed to be Autodesk’s Confidential Information;
9.2.2 Developer Support is provided solely for, and shall be used solely for, supporting Developer’s internal use of the ADN Materials in accordance with the terms of this Agreement;
9.2.3 Developer Support may not achieve Developer’s desired results; and
9.2.4 Developer bears sole responsibility for determining whether or not the ADN Materials are suitable for use in or with Developer Works.
Developer Support. Licensee shall participate in developer programs as set forth in Exhibit G (Developer Programs) attached hereto. In order to enable Palm to support Licensee’s registered developers in their development activities on the Palm platform, Licensee will cooperate with Palm in order to register such developers with Palm as well.
Developer Support. 8.1. Software developers developing software to work in conjunction with PaperPort for Hewlett-Packard-specific solutions are allowed to join the Visioneer PaperPort Partners Program and, upon completion of the same license agreement used by Visioneer, to receive the same products and services at the same cost as Visioneer's own developer customers. This includes all versions of the PaperPort software developer's kit, access to any Visioneer developer hotline and all other developer support mechanisms, proactive worldwide technical support and any other developer specific programs Visioneer may have in place from time to time.
Developer Support. Access to Developer Support engineers and the Cases feature in the Synergex Resource Center, as further described in Section 7 below.
Developer Support. We only provide support for investigating issues with ArcGIS APIs and SDKs when used according to their official documentation. As a customer, you need to provide the smallest possible executable examples that reflect the error or issue you are experiencing. Developer Support. PalmSource shall provide direct first-level technical support in accordance with Exhibit K (Developer Support) at no additional cost to certain Licensee-identified strategic third-party developers of software applications to run on Licensee Products to assist such developers in developing such applications and in integrating such applications with the PS OS Software. Licensee shall provide second-level technical support in accordance with Exhibit K (Developer Support) directly to PalmSource at no additional cost to assist PalmSource in answering device-related developer support questions relating to Licensee Products.

During the three (3) months following the initial release of the Game, at Publisher's request, Developer shall fix reproducible Bugs or defects and provide reasonable telephone and email support to Publisher's employees in connection with the technical support of users of the Game. Publisher shall reimburse Developer its reasonable pre-approved out-of-pocket expenses (as documented) in connection with rendering telephone support and training services. During the abovementioned period, Developer will make itself available for interviews, conferences and other marketing or promotional efforts arranged by Publisher. Furthermore, Developer shall have the right to engage with players of the Game, as long as said engagement is prudent and respectful towards players. Publisher and Developer hereby agree to collaborate on any sort of event that may solicit a meaningful response to players, journalists or others that might be interested in the Game. Developer shall not make any claims of future development of Game without consulting with Publisher first as further development support from Publisher is not guaranteed.
