Development and issuance of actuarial certification Clause Samples

The 'Development and issuance of actuarial certification' clause establishes the requirement for a qualified actuary to prepare and formally issue a certification regarding specific financial or insurance-related matters. In practice, this involves the actuary analyzing relevant data, applying actuarial methods, and producing a signed statement or report that attests to the accuracy and adequacy of reserves, premiums, or other actuarial calculations. This clause ensures that stakeholders receive an independent, expert assessment, thereby promoting transparency, regulatory compliance, and confidence in the financial soundness of the entity or arrangement in question.
