11.1 Subject to the conditions set forth in Part II, Section 1.7 of this Agreement, either Party may request that the other Party provide the requesting Party with nondiscriminatory access to the other Party’s directory assistance service, IntraLATA operator call completion services and/or directory assistance database listings. If either Party makes such a request, the Parties shall enter into a mutually acceptable written agreement for such access before the services requested are provided.
Directory Assistance (DA) and Operator Services. 3.1 Either Party may request that the other Party provide the requesting Party with nondiscriminatory access to the other Party’s directory assistance services (DA), IntraLATA operator call completion services (0S), and/or directory assistance listings database. If either Party makes such a request, the Parties shall enter into a mutually acceptable written agreement for such access. Verizon shall provide branded or unbranded DA/OS service to Z-Tel in accordance with applicable law and the rulings and orders of the relevant Commission and the FCC.
3.2 Z-Tel shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to and from the designated DA and OS switch locations.

19.11.1 Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 11.7 of this Agreement, either Party may request that the other Party provide the requesting Party with nondiscriminatory access to the other Party’s directory assistance service, IntraLATA operator call completion services and/or directory assistance database listings. If either Party makes such a request, the Parties shall enter into a Directory Assistance and IntraLATA Operator Services Agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C before the services requested are provided.
19.11.2 Mpower shall arrange at its expense the trunking and other facilities required to transport to and from the designated DA and OS switch locations.

19.2.1 Upon request, BA will provide Covad with directory assistance and/or IntraLATA operator services in accordance with the rates and terms the Pricing Schedule (Exhibit A appended hereto) and the Directory Assistance and Operator Services Agreement (Exhibit C appended hereto).
19.2.2 Covad shall arrange at its expense the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to and from the designated DA and OS switch locations.
