Distribution and Introduction of Agreement. During the orientation of new nurses, the Employer shall provide the Local Unit Chairperson or designee with an opportunity, on release time without pay, to introduce this Agreement to the new nurses. The Employer shall distribute a copy of this Agreement (which shall be provided by the Association to the Employer) to each nurse presently employed and to all newly hired nurses. A cover letter, membership application, payroll deduction card and return envelope supplied by the Association will be attached to the Agreement. The Employer agrees to share the cost of printing the Agreement.

Distribution and Introduction of Agreement. The Hospital will strive to provide the Association with notification of scheduled Nurse orientations at least one month in advance. Nurses at the orientation meeting shall be informed of a mandatory fifteen (15) minute information meeting with the Association Local Unit President, or designee, immediately following the end of the general orientation meeting. The purpose of this meeting shall be to introduce the Association, provide appropriate forms for signature, and for distributing the Agreement. The Association representative shall be on unpaid time and/or on their fifteen (15) minute break during this presentation.   • Distribution of Agreement The Employer agrees to make available to each employee a copy of this Agreement and to provide a copy of the same Agreement to all new employees entering the employment of the Employer.

  • Implementation of Agreement Each Party must promptly execute all documents and do all such acts and things as is necessary or desirable to implement and give full effect to the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Reproduction of Agreement Copies of this Agreement shall be printed by the Board within thirty (30) days after the Agreement is signed.   • Application of Agreement 4.1 This Agreement applies to: (a) ▇'▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Ground Engineering Pty Ltd (the Employer) (b) the CFMEU (the Union) (c) all Employees of the Employer engaged in construction work and for whom classifications and rates of pay are provided by this Agreement (the Employee). Collectively known as Parties 4.2 This Agreement only applies to work done in Queensland or Northern Territory and to work temporarily done outside Queensland or Northern Territory by Employees who are based in Queensland or Northern Territory, except where employees are covered by a subsequent Greenfields agreement made under s.182(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) and approved by the Fair Work Commission.
