The parties acknowledge and agree that the registration of the easement in gross under clause 12.1 facilitates the completion of the Wollombi Road Upgrade Works, which serves the public purpose of improving road condition, traffic flows and pedestrian amenity along Wollombi Road between Abbotsford St and West Ave, particularly to address the forecasted population growth in this area. 12.5. The Council will repair and maintain the stormwater and drainage works within the Stormwater Pipeline Land in the future, including after the completion of the Intersection Works.
