Effective Date of Wages. The wages of regular full-time, regular part-time, and casual employees who are on the payroll as at the date of ratification shall be retroactive in accordance with the wage Schedule A to April 1, 2022. Such retroactive pay is based on straight-time hours paid which include paid leaves and vacations.

Effective Date of Wages. Bargaining unit employees will be compensated during the term of this Agreement based upon the wage rates described below and as set forth within the Appendices to this Agreement. Employees shall not be entitled to any wage adjustments following the expiration of this Agreement (June 30, 2027), unless and until such adjustments have been specifically agreed to by the parties. Anniversary Step Increases: Employees shall be eligible throughout the term of this Agreement for anniversary step increases based upon the employeesoriginal date of hire as a Police Officer or Police Officer Intern with the Department at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
