Electrical Inspector. Paint Inspector The actual composition of the Site Team from time to time shall be decided upon by the Contractor depending on the workload and construction stage. Should the Owners have any reason to complain about any member of the Site Team, the Consultant shall take promptly investigate the complaint, and if it proves to be founded, shall make such change as the Consultant deems necessary.
Electrical Inspector. An employee who is a journeyman lineman whose primary duties consist of overhead and underground visual, detailed and intrusive inspections of the electric distribution system to identify hazards that impact safety and system reliability. Various diagnostic tests are performed during detail inspections such as infrared imaging, pole drill testing, conductor height measurements, checking for oil leaks, etc., and perform repair and maintenance work on poles and substructure as required. At times, the employee will be required to perform all the duties of the Lineman Classification. An employee engaged in journey-level work and performs all classes of electrical work. The employee’s duties may include installing, testing and maintaining all types of meters, protective relay, power plant distributed control systems, pneumatic control valves and actuators, transducers, high voltage circuit breakers and switch-gear, motor control centers, programmable logic controllers, fiber optic equipment, sensors for pH level, pressure, temperature and continuous emissions monitoring instruments control devices, batteries, and battery monitoring systems, fire alarm systems and recording instruments. The employee’s background of training and experience shall be such as to qualify the employee to perform these duties with skill and efficiency. Must perform compliance duties (1) in accordance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations, and (2) as described in the department air compliance, water compliance, hazardous material compliance programs, NERC and safety. The employee must possess the appropriate State of California driver’s license, and be capable of performing the duties safely.
Electrical Inspector. 3.5.1 The Electrical Inspector will inspect the construction of electrical systems and equipment to ensure that they are constructed safely, and in compliance with applicable codes and the contract documents. Electrical Inspectors will also inspect building systems, including fire and smoke alarms, security systems, paging systems, communication systems, building management systems and other building systems. 3.5.2 The Electrical Inspector must have a high school diploma and either a minimum of 2 years of college level training in electrical engineering plus a minimum of 5 years of progressive electrical construction experience on similar projects or 2 years of industry training in electrical design and installation plus a minimum of 10 years of progressive electrical construction experience on similar projects. Electrical Inspectors for airfield lighting and signage projects must also have a minimum of 5 years experience in the construction of in- pavement, constant current airfield lighting systems. 3.5.3 The Electrical Inspector must possess and maintain certification by the Florida Electrical Contractor’s Licensing Board (ECLB) and one or more of the following: • Journeyman Electrician certificate valid in the state of Florida, or • International Code Council (ICC) as a Commercial Electrical Inspector. 3.5.4 The Electrical Inspector must be knowledgeable of the requirements of the National Electrical Code and State of Florida and City of Orlando electrical codes.

A journey level employee who is engaged in performing all classes of electrical power transmission and distribution system construction, maintenance and operation work. The employee may be required to drive a truck and operate any associated equipment, and must possess the appropriate State of California driver’s license. The employee’s background of apprenticeship and experience shall be such as to qualify the employee to perform these duties with skill and efficiency. The employee shall be capable of performing the duties safely.
Electrical Inspector. Building Inspector 1 percent pay supplement upon obtaining level one (1) certification;

  • Electrical Items All electrical items purchased under this Grant Agreement/Contract or used in the performance of approved and eligible grant-funded activities must meet all applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and regulations, and bear the appropriate listing from Underwriters Laboratory (UL), Factory Mutual Resource Corporation (FMRC), or National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA).

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used.   • Meters 7.1.1 For installation of Meters, Meter testing, Meter calibration and Meter reading and all matters incidental thereto, the SPD and SECI shall follow and be bound by the Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006, the Grid Code, as amended and revised from time to time. 7.1.2 The SPD shall bear all costs pertaining to installation, testing, calibration, maintenance, renewal and repair of meters at SPD’s side of Delivery Point. 7.1.3 In addition to ensuring compliance of the applicable codes, the SPD shall install Main & Check meters at the Delivery Point, along with Stand-by meter(s) as per the applicable Central/State regulations. 7.1.4 In case of pooling of multiple Projects, power from multiple Projects can be pooled at a Pooling Substation prior to the Delivery point and the combined power can be fed at Delivery point through a common transmission line from the Pooling Substation. In such cases, ABT compliant sub-meters as per relevant regulation/approval are also to be set up at pooling substation for individual projects in addition to the meters at Delivery Point as described in clause 7.1.3.
