Control Systems. The requirements of Annex 6 shall be applied to the safety aspects of electronic vehicle control systems that provide or form part of the control transmission of the steering function including advanced driver assistance steering systems. However, systems or functions, that use the steering system as the means of achieving a higher level objective, are subject to Annex 6 only insofar as they have a direct effect on the steering system. If such systems are provided, they shall not be deactivated during type approval testing of the steering system.
Control Systems. The power source for control systems will be designed to be immune from system transients in accordance with Section 3.2(A)(6) (Facility Protection Equipment) and to meet the performance during under/over voltage and under/over frequency conditions pursuant to this Section 3.2(C) (Delivery of Power to the Company).
Control Systems. A. Each Party shall use its reasonable commercial efforts to establish and maintain internal control systems to protect against the improper issuance of Miles. B. In the event either Party discovers or learns of any wrongfully issued Miles, it will promptly advise the other Party and provide the other Party with the identities and Mileage Plus Member account numbers of those individuals who have, or are suspected to have, improperly received the Miles.

If applicable, the Strategic Partner, upon Grupo Aeroportuario’s request, through the agent that for such purpose appointed the Holding Company’s Committee which is authorized according to the bylaws of the Holding Company, shall grant Grupo Aeroportuario any licenses or sublicenses of its own at no additional cost with respect to the software required to use such systems, considering the technology transferred, and in the event such software would not be able to be acquired from a different supplier than the Strategic Partner or a Related Party thereto; or the Strategic Partner shall develop an ad-hoc software for the Service Company. If the software licenses mentioned above are available in the market or there are two or more different suppliers besides the Strategic Partner or Related Parties thereto, such licenses shall be considered as Additional Services. ​ In addition, the Strategic Partner agrees to deliver Grupo Aeroportuario, through the Service Company, any improvement, change or development of the Technical Information provided. ​
Control Systems. Control and monitoring of the Facility will be performed by an integrated Distributed Control System using operator interface stations located in the control room. An independent safety instrumented system (“Independent Safety Instrumented System” or “SIS”) will be installed to allow the safe, sequential shutdown and isolation of rotating Equipment, fired Equipment and Tanks. Control Systems. (a) Upon execution of this Agreement and subject to the terms outlined in this Agreement, Customer may use the Picus Solutions to test the defensive capabilities of the Control Systems that the Picus Solutions are designed to test. The Picus Solutions may not cover all of Customer’s identified Control Systems, and Picus may unilaterally add or remove different Control Systems categories provided by the Picus Solutions. (b) Customer authorizes Picus to perform Security Validation tests on Control Systems specified by Customer. Picus will provide Customer with the results of any Security Validation tests automatically via the Picus Solutions user interface. The Picus Solutions aim at revealing which threats identified by Customer are blocked and not blocked by the Control Systems used in Customer’s different digital environments, and Customer acknowledges that Security Validation test results may differ for the same security control technology in use in different environments. Picus shall not be held liable if the Picus Solutions fail to discover certain security or configuration shortcomings on the target Control Systems and shall not become subject to any claim and request (including but not limited to compensation, damage, loss, or reimbursement) related to any such failure.
Control Systems. SETA shall provide to the Services Company the Technical Information and Technical Assistance necessary to establish accounting, finance, management, and operation control systems required to carry out the Management of Assigned Airports, which shall be consistent with the one used at international airports of the kind referred in the concession certificates of the Concessionaire Companies. If applicable and upon OMA’s request, SETA shall grant OMA the licenses or sublicenses of its property at no additional cost with respect to the software necessary to use such systems, and when its use is indispensable according to the technology transferred, software which would not be able to be acquired from a different supplier than SETA, SETA’s shareholders or a Related Party to them; or SETA shall develop an ad-hoc software for the Services Company. In the event that the software licenses mentioned above are available in the market or there are two or more different suppliers besides SETA or Related Parties to them, such licenses shall be considered as Additional Services. In addition, SETA agrees to deliver OMA, through the Services Company, any improvement, change or development of the Technical Information provided. Maintenance: SETA shall provide the Services Company, maintenance and operation guides, in order to improve the management of the Assigned Airports. In addition, SETA shall provide OMA with advisory and Technical Assistance necessary to carry out such maintenance and comply with the obligations provided in the concession certificates of the Concessionaire Companies for the exploitation, management, operation, and if applicable, the construction of Assigned Airports. The Technical Assistance shall be provided with duly trained staff in the matters required.
