The employer shall not require any employee to substitute any paid leave earned under this Agreement for unpaid leave taken under the FMLA without the consent of the employee. FMLA leave may run concurrently, where applicable with other similar leaves mandated by state or local law including workers’ compensation, date and local family leave law, and state pregnancy and disability leave laws.
