Emergency Event. 23.1 On the occurrence of an Emergency Event in relation to an Integrated Provider Scheme: 23.1.1 The Trust shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure continuity of the relevant Integrated Provider Scheme Services by Providers and to mitigate the effect of the Emergency Event; 23.1.2 the Joint Management Board shall be convened on a date and at a place agreed by both Parties; 23.1.3 the Joint Management Board shall advise ways in which disruption of the affected Integrated Provider Scheme Services can be mitigated having regard to the resources available to the Parties; 23.1.4 the Parties shall use all reasonable endeavours to cooperate with each other to mitigate the effect of the Emergency Event on the provision of the relevant Integrated Provider Scheme Services; 23.1.5 where the Joint Management Board identifies a need for additional resources as a consequence of no failure, breach or default by either Party, the Parties will cause an overspend in the relevant Budget(s) the provisions dealing with overspend in Clause 25.9 to 25.14 shall apply as applicable.
Emergency Event. An event or incident in which mass casualty, loss of property, hysteria, or the potential of such issues requires a rapid deployment of patrol and emergency response or communication services in order to provide immediate aid, assistance, and/or restore order. In such situations, the Chief of Police or MATCOM Manager may issue a call out to all available personnel regardless of seniority. After such situations have been deemed under control and stabilized, employees will be released to off duty status in seniority order.
Emergency Event. In the event the City is placed in an Emergency Event status (i.e. hurricane, flood, etc) the Contractor shall contact the City within twelve (12) hours of the ALL CLEAR to access damage and required repairs to the vehicles. Communication may initially be verbal; however, in order to provide proper assessment the Contractor shall be required to be on-site to inspect the vehicles within twenty- four hours of initial contact.
Emergency Event. A maintenance issue that occurs 48 hours prior and inclusive of the day of an event.
Emergency Event. Emergency Event means and includes any of the following: a.) There has been a break or disruption of a water main. b.) Due to regulatory requirements, the water system has to be shutdown. c.) Due to necessary or advisory testing of the water system, the water system has to be shutdown. d.) Construction activity affecting the water system requires a shutdown of the water system. e.) The city has issued a declaration of emergency pursuant to State law or local ordinance. f.) Scheduled or unscheduled substantial repair or maintenance of the water system requires shut down of the water system. g.) The water treatment plant is shutdown. h.) In the reasonable judgment of the Director of Public Works from the city receiving the water, the Director or designee determines that the city water system has to be shutdown.
Emergency Event. The FOA shall provide emergency contact information. In the event that a FOA is involved in a serious accident or other circumstance of grave nature, or is subject to disciplinary action, the host institution will immediately notify the home institution.
Emergency Event. This MOU may apply to an emergency caused by any occurrence. Identified hazards in the region include, but are not limited to: 2.1 Weather, particularly snow storms and floods; 2.2 Mass casualty incidents; 2.3 Pandemic; 2.4 Hazardous material incidents; and/or 2.5 Disruption of infrastructure, utilities, transportation or hospital operations.

Requirements for operational terms: This section must set out: (a) the information that the Distributor must provide to the Trader if the Distributor becomes aware of 1 or more Unplanned Service Interruptions caused by an area Network fault (being a Network fault that affects a group of customers within an area) or a System Emergency Event, including identifying the affected area or areas and the expected time for restoration of electricity supply in each area; (b) requirements related to provision by the Distributor of updated information about the status of Unplanned Service Interruptions, including: (i) if the Distributor expects that previously advised restoration times will change; and (ii) confirmation of areas restored and areas that remain without electricity supply; (c) whether the Trader or the Distributor is responsible for receiving and managing Unplanned Service Interruption calls from Customers and managing further communication with affected Customers until electricity supplies are restored, and the parties' obligations to exchange information; and (d) the situations that would trigger the Distributor's public and media communications processes and the communications channels and methods the Distributor uses when communicating with the public and media. Examples of clauses that may comply are set out in clauses S5.1 to S5.22. Revise as appropriate and then delete this dashed box.
Emergency Event. In the event of a medical or other emergency requiring assistance from the police, fire department, or medical personnel, call 911 and then call the supervisor of elections to report the incident.

  • Emergency Thresholds The following matrix presents the emergency thresholds that, if reached by any of the services mentioned above for a TLD, would cause the emergency transition of the Registry for the TLD as specified in Section 2.13 of this Agreement.   • Emergency Escalation Escalation is strictly for purposes of notifying and investigating possible or potential issues in relation to monitored services. The initiation of any escalation and the subsequent cooperative investigations do not in themselves imply that a monitored service has failed its performance requirements. Escalations shall be carried out between ICANN and Registry Operators, Registrars and Registry Operator, and Registrars and ICANN. Registry Operators and ICANN must provide said emergency operations departments. Current contacts must be maintained between ICANN and Registry Operators and published to Registrars, where relevant to their role in escalations, prior to any processing of an Emergency Escalation by all related parties, and kept current at all times.

  • Events If either Party hereto is at any time either during this Agreement or thereafter prevented or delayed in complying with any provisions of this Agreement by reason of strikes, walk-outs, labour shortages, power shortages, fires, wars, acts of God, earthquakes, storms, floods, explosions, accidents, protests or demonstrations by environmental lobbyists or native rights groups, delays in transportation, breakdown of machinery, inability to obtain necessary materials in the open market, unavailability of equipment, governmental regulations restricting normal operations, shipping delays or any other reason or reasons beyond the control of that Party, then the time limited for the performance by that Party of its respective obligations hereunder shall be extended by a period of time equal in length to the period of each such prevention or delay.

  • Emergency Situation In the event of an emergency situation beyond our reasonable control, such as an "act of God," war, fire, or natural disaster, services involving your account could be available only in a modified or reduced form or could be entirely unavailable. Unless expressly prohibited by applicable law, you agree that we will have no liability to you for such modification, reduction, or unavailability of services caused by an emergency situation.

  • Emergency/Declared Disaster Requirements In the event of an emergency or if Orange County is declared a disaster area by the County, state or federal government, this Contract may be subjected to unusual usage. The Contractor shall service the County during such an emergency or declared disaster under the same terms and conditions that apply during non-emergency/disaster conditions. The pricing quoted by the Contractor shall apply to serving the County’s needs regardless of the circumstances. If the Contractor is unable to supply the goods/services under the terms of the Contract, then the Contractor shall provide proof of such disruption and a copy of the invoice for the goods/services from the Contractor’s supplier(s). Additional profit margin as a result of supplying goods/services during an emergency or a declared disaster shall not be permitted. In the event of an emergency or declared disaster, emergency purchase order numbers will be assigned. All applicable invoices from the Contractor shall show both the emergency purchase order number and the Contract number.
