EMPLOYEE PRIVILEGES. (1) The term "seniority" as used in this Section, shall be the Company Seniority to which an employee is entitled under the provisions of Article 4 Section 1 of this Agreement.
(2) Pay for each week of vacation for a full-time employee means pay for forty (40) hours at the employee's base rate of pay excluding shift differential.
