Enhanced Extended Link. Consistent with the limitation found in Article IX, Section 9.1.2, the Enhanced Extended Link (“EEL”) provides CLEC the capability to serve a customer by extending a customer’s loop from the customer’s premises to any other premises or office designated by CLEC (including without limitation any CLEC switch location or CLEC co-location space. CLEC shall not be required to co- locate to purchase an EEL. An EEL consists of, at CLEC’s option, one or more of the following: an unbundled loop, multiplexing/concentrating facility, and dedicated transport.
Enhanced Extended Link. Consists of a combination of an unbundled loop and unbundled dedicated transport, and may sometimes include additional electronics (e.g., multiplexing equipment) and/or entrance facility, together with any facilities, equipment, or functions necessary to combine those network elements.

Enhanced Extended Link. 1.1 Where facilities permit and where necessary to comply with an effective FCC and/or Commission order, or as otherwise mutually agreed by the Parties, BellSouth shall offer access to loop and transport combinations, also known as the Enhanced Extended Link (“EEL”) as defined in Section 1.2 below. 1.2 Subject to Section .3.3 below, BellSouth will provide access to the EEL in the combinations set forth in Section 1.4 following. This offering is intended to provide connectivity from an end user’s location through that end user’s SWC to BroadRiver’s POP serving wire center. The circuit must be connected to BroadRiver’s switch for the purpose of provisioning telephone exchange service to BroadRiver’s end-user customers. The EEL will be connected to BroadRiver’s facilities in BroadRiver’s collocation space at the POP SWC, or BroadRiver may purchase BellSouth’s access facilities between BroadRiver’s POP and BroadRiver’s collocation space at the POP SWC. 1.3 BellSouth shall provide EEL combinations to BroadRiver in Georgia regardless of whether or not such EELs are Currently Combined. In all other states, BellSouth shall make available to BroadRiver those EEL combinations described in Section 1.4 below only to the extent such combinations are Currently Combined. Furthermore, BellSouth will make available EEL combinations to BroadRiver in density Zone 1, as defined in 47 CFR 69.123 as of January 1, 1999, in the Atlanta, GA; Miami, FL;
Enhanced Extended Link. Consists of a combination of an unbundled Local Loop and unbundled Dedicated Transport, to the extent required by this Ame ndment and Applicable Law and may sometimes include additional electronics (e.g., multiplexing equipment) together with any facilities, equipment, or functions necessary to combine those UNEs. An EEL is required to terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of Section 3.14.3.3.4 of this Attachment.

  • Enhanced Extended Links (EELs) 5.3.1 EELs are combinations of Loops and Dedicated Transport as defined in this Attachment, together with any facilities, equipment, or functions necessary to combine those Network Elements. BellSouth shall provide Starlink with EELs where the underlying Network Element are available and are required to be provided pursuant to this Agreement and in all instances where the requesting carrier meets the eligibility requirements, if applicable. 5.3.2 High-capacity EELs are (1) combinations of Loop and Dedicated Transport, (2) Dedicated Transport commingled with a wholesale loop, or (3) a loop commingled with wholesale transport at the DS1 and/or DS3 level as described in 47 C.F.R. § 51.318(b). 5.3.3 By placing an order for a high-capacity EEL, Starlink thereby certifies that the service eligibility criteria set forth herein are met for access to a converted high- capacity EEL, a new high-capacity EEL, or part of a high-capacity commingled EEL as a UNE. BellSouth shall have the right to audit Starlink’s high-capacity EELs as specified below.

  • Extended Local Calling Scope Arrangement An arrangement that provides a Customer a local calling scope (Extended Area Service, “EAS”), outside of the Customer’s basic exchange serving area.

  • Replacement of the L/C Issuer The L/C Issuer may be replaced at any time by written agreement between the Borrower, the Administrative Agent, the replaced L/C Issuer and the successor L/C Issuer. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Lenders of any such replacement of the L/C Issuer. At the time any such replacement shall become effective, the Borrower shall pay all unpaid fees accrued for the account of the replaced L/C Issuer pursuant to Section 2.03(m). From and after the effective date of any such replacement, (i) the successor L/C Issuer shall have all the rights and obligations of an L/C Issuer under this Agreement with respect to Letters of Credit to be issued by it thereafter and (ii) references herein to the term “L/C Issuer” shall be deemed to include such successor or any previous L/C Issuer, or such successor and all previous L/C Issuer, as the context shall require. After the replacement of the L/C Issuer hereunder, the replaced L/C Issuer shall remain a party hereto and shall continue to have all the rights and obligations of an L/C Issuer under this Agreement with respect to Letters of Credit issued by it prior to such replacement, but shall not be required to issue additional Letters of Credit.
