Enhanced Severance. In addition to the severance entitlement in Article 26.9, an employee who is laid off shall receive one (1) additional week of salary for each year of service, with no maximum.
Enhanced Severance. (a) Enhanced severance will be paid at the rate of two (2) weeks' pay, at the Employee's regular rate of pay, for each completed year of service to fifteen (15) years, and at the rate of three (3) weeks' pay for each additional completed year of service over fifteen (15) to a total maximum of sixty (60) weeks.

Enhanced Severance. In the event of a permanent discontinuance of the operations of any of the FreshCo covered by this Collective Agreement the affected employees will receive severance from the applicable Employer in the amount of one and a half (1.5X) times their normal weekly earnings multiplied by their completed years of service to a maximum of fifty thousand ($50,000) dollars in the case of a full-time employee and fifteen thousand ($15,000) in the case of a part-time employee. This payment is deemed to be inclusive of any payments required by law and any obligations under the collective agreement. Special individual consideration for early departure may be made subject to the applicable Employer’s ability to continue the normal operation of the store. Notwithstanding the above paragraph Article 17.03 of the Collective Agreement shall apply. Enhanced severance shall not be payable to employees who secure employment with another retailer within Sobeys West Inc. provided that all the following conditions are met:
