Field Supervisor. 10.8.1 Co-ordinates and supervises the fieldwork activities of team leaders and market and social research interviewers engaged on specific market and social research projects, including being responsible for the quality of the output, the training and the productivity of the field team and interview monitoring and interviewing and support functions as and when required by the employer. 10.8.2 An employee providing a similar supervisory role in relation to other employees, including auditors, check editors, editors, coders and/or keypunch operators, shall be paid at the Field Supervisor rate. 10.9.3 An employee whilst in charge of a telephone room shall be employed in a classification not less than field supervisor.
Field Supervisor. The Contractor shall designate one or more Field Supervisors, who shall directly oversee the Collection Services provided under this Agreement. The Field Supervisor(s) shall have immediate access to an automobile or truck between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., every Operating Day, so the Field Supervisor can respond to problems and other events affecting the Contractor’s performance under this Agreement. At all times during the term of this Agreement, the Administrator shall have immediate access to the Field Supervisor(s) by telephone and electronic mail.
Field Supervisor. An individual who possesses a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited School of Social Work, has at least two (2) years post-graduate experience, is employed by SSA and currently assigned to the SSA placement site, and has interest in and demonstrates skill in teaching.
Field Supervisor. Job Summary: The County will issue orders for services directly to the Contractor or Contractor’s authorized representative. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for the supervision of contract personnel providing services under the contract. County staff shall not be involved in the management and/or supervision of Contractor personnel. Provide information and assistance to County staff. Perform the complete task of patrolling residential and commercial properties within the County’s service area to identify watering violations. The Field Supervisor shall educate customers on restriction requirements, set irrigation controllers, and distribute conservation materials in a courteous manner. Perform irrigation controller resets for customers in a prompt and courteous manner. Provide day-to-day supervision of the patrol staff. Provide information and assistance to clerical staff for the weekly program reports. The work location will be at the County designated facility. The Field Supervisor shall obtain an Irrigation Service Technician Certification through the Florida Nursery, Growers and Landscape Association (FNGLA) within 6 months of contract initiation and provide a copy of the certification to County staff.

Field Supervisor. The Contractor shall designate one or more a commercial and residential Field Supervisors, who shall directly oversee the Collection Services provided under this Agreement. The Field Supervisor(s) must have the experience described in Section 30.2, above. All SupervisorAll Supervisor(s) shall have immediate access to an automobile or truck, with the Contractors name and phone number affixed toaffixed to the vehicle, between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., every Operating Day, so the Field Supervisor can respond to problems and other events affecting the Contractor'sthe Contractor’s performance under this Agreement. At all times during the term of this Agreement, the Administrator shall have immediate access to the Field Supervisor(s) by telephone and electronic mail.
Field Supervisor. Contractor shall assign field supervisors pursuant to this Agreement. Contractor shall provide the identity of each field supervisor to the City. Field supervisors shall make random, unannounced inspections of guards on duty at each Facility, sufficient to ensure job performance pursuant to the Contract and adherence to personnel standards as required by Contractor. Field supervisors shall make a minimum of one (1) random, unannounced inspection of each Facility per eight (8) hour shift. On-duty guards shall write the name of the Field Supervisor conducting the random inspection, and the Field Supervisor’s arrival and departure time on their daily log. Field supervisor work hours must be included on documents submitted with invoices and be identified as "non-reimbursable supervision", which is subsumed in the hourly rate set forth in the Agreement. 2.1 A field supervisor shall meet with the City's Contract Administrator, or designee, as needed. The field supervisor is responsible for notifying Contractor of all issues raised at these meetings and all action taken to resolve the issues. Notification by the City’s Contract Administrator or designee to the field supervisor of all areas of non-compliance under the Agreement shall serve as notice to the Contractor. Contractor shall take corrective actions to remedy all reported areas of non-compliance under this Agreement for major performance deficiencies, City will provide written notice of all major issues of non-compliance under the Agreement to Contractor. Contractor shall provide the City with a written response to every written notice of non-compliance under the Agreement reported by the Contract Administrator or designee. The written response shall identify the steps taken by the Contractor to resolve the issue(s) and become compliant under the Agreement.
Field Supervisor. The Contractor shall have a Field Supervisor available via telephone and mobile response during all sweeping hours. The vehicle used by the Supervisor shall not be a sweeper. The Field Supervisor shall be responsible for inspection of streets being swept to identify special requirements and deficiencies. When applicable the Field Supervisor shall make contact with the County's representative for the purpose of exchanging information regarding days sweeping, including production and/or notable discrepancies The Field Supervisor shall notify Maricopa County Department of Transportation and/or Inspector 72 hours in advance of weekly sweeping schedule. The Field Supervisor shall submit to the inspector a schedule showing areas and/or units complete at the end of each week. The Field Supervisor shall adjust work hours to coincide with the Maricopa County Department of Transportation operational hours for winter/summer. Refer to Section 2.4.
Field Supervisor. The Contractor shall furnish at least one (1) qualified Field Supervisor that speaks, reads, and writes in English. The Field Supervisor shall oversee and inspect the work of their staff, meet with the City upon their request to coordinate work, discuss and resolve performance problems, and submit Basic Work/Inspection Reports. Field Supervisors shall not perform routine services, but should be available to oversee staff, respond to deficiencies, emergency callouts, inspect work, or complete and submit required paperwork to the City. Additionally, the Field Supervisor must not function as a crew leader or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and shall have separate transportation to be able to move independently between contract sites. The Contractor shall provide the Field Supervisor a mobile telephone that includes voice calling, text messaging, photo, email capabilities for the purpose of communicating with City. The device must be kept in operational condition. Additionally, the Contractor shall provide a daytime contact to address complaints as they arise.
Field Supervisor. The Contractor shall designate in writing one competent, full-time, technically qualified, English-speaking Field Supervisor who will be someone other than the sweeper operator. This person shall not be replaced without written notice to the Director of Public Works except under extraordinary circumstances. The Field Supervisor’s sole duties shall be to supervise and coordinate the street-sweeping activities. The City shall have direct, immediate contact with the Field Supervisor and the Field Supervisor shall have direct, immediate contact with the sweeper operators. Failure to observe these requirements shall be considered as suspension of the Work by the Contractor.
