Final Design Submittal Clause Samples
The Final Design Submittal clause outlines the requirement for the contractor or designer to provide the completed set of design documents for review and approval before construction or implementation begins. This typically includes all finalized drawings, specifications, and supporting materials that reflect the agreed-upon project scope and requirements. By mandating a comprehensive and formal submission at the end of the design phase, this clause ensures that all parties have a clear, agreed-upon reference point, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes during subsequent project stages.
