Format of Reports. All reports are to be formatted in XML format. In compliance with the XML 1.0 specification, certain characters in the data must be escaped, as described in item 1 below. Each Report shall then be prepared according to the general XML format described in items 2 to 7 below. Item 2 describes the report container that is common to all reports. Items 3 to 7 describe the structure of the contents of the report container for each of the specific reports.

Format of Reports. The Supplier shall use agreed industry standard reporting tools to present information in different formats to meet the varying needs of a wide range of stakeholders. The Supplier and Contracting Authority shall agree the format of standard reports during the Mobilisation Period to achieve a consistent methodology and report format across the FM Supplier regions.

Format of Reports. Each report shall be submitted to City, addressed to the City Manager or his or her designee. Records related to performance of this Agreement shall be maintained by Contractor in forms and by methods that facilitate flexible use of data contained in them to structure reports, as needed. The format of each report shall be approved by City. Contractor agrees to submit all reports to e- mail addresses designated by City in an electronic format approved by the City, compatible with City’s software/computers at no additional charge.
Format of Reports. 7.1 All reports submitted by the OM or the LOC under this AGREEMENT will, if requested, be in the structure identified and instructed by WORLD ATHLETICS, in English (and, if so requested, French) and include all documents and supplementary materials requested by WORLD ATHLETICS. WORLD ATHLETICS will have the opportunity to review each report prior to finalisation, and direct the OM or the LOC to amend as WORLD ATHLETICS sees appropriate and the OM and the LOC will promptly comply with any such directions. The OM and the LOC will not disclose any report to any third parties other than the WA COMMERCIAL PARTNER unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by WORLD ATHLETICS save to the extent required by APPLICABLE LAW.
