From April. 1 to December 15, the Employer shall endeavour to schedule employees for a normal workweek consisting of forty (40) hours. Employees’ daily call-in and start times will be in order of seniority within their respective trade and job classifications except as otherwise noted in this Agreement. These are: Ready Mix truck operator, Conveyor truck operator, Stone slinger operator, Mechanic. Employees are responsible to inform the Employer of the current telephone number(s) they can be contacted at. Employees must inform the Employer of any change in their address. b. Senior drivers may pass off late loads to junior drivers provided a junior driver is available and able to perform the work. Drivers who wish to pass off late loads or are not able to work late, must contact dispatch. In case of dispute, the issue will be decided by management in accordance with this Article.

From April. Centralisation of translation and editorial Phase 2 – roll out of wider policies to commence Q2 2012. 2011 to end processes. 2014 Translations contract re-tendered in December 2010 with significant cost reductions, for example, translations into Irish reduced from 17c per word to 10c per word and other languages from 16c per word to 8c per word. CIB has made available this translation contract to its service delivery partners.

From April. 2023 the School agrees to make the Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) and the grass pitches available for Community Use.
From April. 2009 and not earlier than 1 April in every subsequent year, we can increase your rent by an amount that we will set out clearly in a notice to you. We will give you at least one month’s notice in writing. You must then pay the full amount shown in the notice. This amount will be the weekly rent payable until the next increase date unless you and we agree otherwise. It will not be more than would be determined as a market rent for your home by the Rent Assessment Committee if it had jurisdiction to set the rent under this tenancy. For the avoidance of doubt, the Rent Assessment Committee does not have such jurisdiction.

From April. 1 through November 30th of each year, the normal work week for all regular full-time employees (except dispatchers) shall consist of forty (40) hours of work in five (5) eight (8) hour days, Monday through Friday (including late Sunday night or early Saturday morning shifts). In addition, each employee shall receive a thirty (30) minute per day unpaid meal break. If the City determines that a need for an alternative work week schedule exists during the December 1 through March 31 period, the Union shall be given at least one (1) week notice; open positions for such schedule shall be filled by employees having the necessary qualifications in accordance with the following procedures: A) first by volunteers; B) secondly by inverse seniority. Each winter season, the City will provide at least two (2) weeks advance notice of the qualifications and numbers of employees the City requires for shift changes. All employees in the bargaining unit shall, for work actually performed in excess of eight (8) hours in any one work day, be entitled to one and one-half (1 1/2) times the specific employee's appropriate base pay rate; provided that the employee does not use sick leave during the remaining work week. Sick leave used during the work week prior to the overtime or required by the surgery or hospitalization of the employee shall not affect overtime payment.
From April. 1st to the Termination Date, the Company will pay the following:- i) a monthly salary of CHF 15,855 (less such social insurances and tax deductions as are required by law, and less the pension deduction referred to in paragraph 11 iii below) to the Employee; ii) CHF 349 per month into the Company Group Health Insurance scheme the details of which are 7871 Groupe Mutuel Supplemental Medical Insurance – GG2. iii) Employer Pension and Life Insurance contributions into the Pension Plan Electronic Arts Swiss Sàrl, Genève 61’863/000 until the Termination Date (which is deducted from the monthly salary in i above).
