Functionality Description. The Multipurpose Room B178 is a Multi configurable space with moveable tables and a lectern. It is roughly 32’ deep by 25’ wide. The existing AV systems includes a projection system two wall mounted monitors and a ceiling mounted display. Sources include a laptop connection at the lectern and headend IPTV sources, the in-room PC will be removed from the system. Wireless microphones, wired microphone, ceiling speakers, DSP and amplifiers provides room audio. A control system and touch panel at the lectern provides room controls. The existing system as called out will remain, a new Logitech Tap Microsoft Teams Room system will be installed within the space. Additional ceiling mounted microphones will be installed to pick up near end participants (audience). Two (2) cameras will be installed capturing the presenter(s) and audience views.
