The 'General Behaviour' clause sets out the expected standards of conduct and performance for parties involved in an agreement. General Behaviour. You must act at all times in a way that is acceptable to communal living. Anti-social behaviour is defined as actions that might reasonably be considered to cause offence or harm to another person and/or infringe upon the reasonable rights of a person whether a student, member of staff of the University, or a casual resident visitor. Behaviour of an anti- social nature in the Residences is unacceptable and will be considered a breach of the Agreement.
General Behaviour. 4.1 Alcohol abuse and unacceptable/anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate cancellation/termination of the hire of the Premises.
4.2 Any damage to the CHHOA property caused by visitors/guests/the Hirer will be the responsibility of the Hirer.
4.3 Use of the pool area and pools, other than the toilet facilities, is strictly forbidden during the function.
4.4 No one may enter or make use of any of the facilities at the Lifestyle Centre during the function.
4.5 Guests are limited to visit the Premises and surrounding car park only.
4.6 No person other than an owner/resident may enter the residential area of the Estate.
General Behaviour. I/we will not enter the communal grounds of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Gardens, or allow visitors, children etc to do so. I/we fully understand that no pets are permitted at this tenancy. The Council may give permission for small caged animals to be kept, but you must obtain specific permission for this. No permission will be granted for dogs or cats. I/we understand that I am responsible for the behaviour of all visitors and friends to the property. I /we will ensure that children and young visitors are supervised. I /we must not play loud music that disturbs other residents I/we will comply with all instructions and guidance given to me in relation to fire safety.
General Behaviour. In case any event suggests that your behavior is not respectful of the diving center rules or damaging other’s people tranquility and fun, we reserve the right to refuse your booked services. In this case we will not consider any refund as due.

General Behaviour. Boys are expected to know the canons of decent behaviour, and will be punished if they break them. This applies to ill-mannered or unnecessarily ostentatious behaviour, both in, and out of, school, and breaches of good taste and manners in the streets or anywhere in public will be held to be breaches of school discipline. (This particularly includes any form of playing in the streets, any noisy behaviour, especially in public conveyances, and use of a bicycle in public in any way that attracts unnecessary attention.)

Photography or videography is prohibited without prior written consent. • No personal training or instruction is to be given unless officially approved.
